A lot of great submissions but I'm voting for the one I'd eat first if they were all layed out on a table....NolaGT

All of the submissions look incredible--very impressed with creativity, attention to detail and execution.

My vote: BottomlandBrew

ruger35... but damn it was hard to pick one.

Great work everyone, unfortunately I still have a rack of ribs in the fridge that didn't get cooked in time.

Like most have said, really tough to pick just one. I'd devour every single one of the entries...with prejudice.

But since there can be only one....I'm going to have to go with BottomlandBrew. The combination of flavor profile, cooking technique, and presentation lifted him up just a bit over everyone else.

If it was purely on originality, it would be NOLAGT. I've never had a fried rib, but I damn sure want one now.

I really can’t choose. I think I have to go Ruger.

But man NOLAGT, the tacos, the lettuce wraps, meridian’s dish.. everyone did such a good job.

ruger35 but damn everyone’s entry looks great!

As a suggestion, can you link the submissions in the op?

FYI to those craving fried ribs. In-Laws in Iowa, LA makes them. I haven't tried them, but a FB friend posted a picture of some just a few days ago and they looked pretty damn good.

There was not a single dish I would not like to try in all the submissions.

I want to thank Ms. Darla again for setting this up. I think we all wanted to see it come to fruition, but everyone kind of danced around it. Thanks for taking the initiative. Hopefully I can join in next round.
