This is what the food board should be about. Seeing what everyone is cooking and how they do it. The creativity and diversity of the dishes is off the chain.

From the fried ribs, MD's flavors, Betty's perfect execution of smoked St Louis ribs, the rib sandwich, all of the asian flavors, etc, this was awesome.

I, as others have mentioned, the creativity was great for an ingredient that usually isn't used in a wide variety of dishes.

Having said all of that, I vote for the one that I would most like to taste. That is:

The color of the meat is what sold me. It looks dark, rich, and intense. That, and I love Bao. I want to try it.

Yeah, the fried ribs looked delicious. There’s a Creole/Soul place in Houston (Soul Food by Catherine) that does them, and they are delicious.

Ruger’s looked awesome as well.

I vote for Jax. A number of very strong submissions. I’m glad y’all are doing this. Will try to participate in the next one.
