Ruger35 made it move.

I could spend a glorious week enjoying the other submissions. Well done to all of the participants.

(Was almost Lambdatiger1989, but the peanuts were a bit to coarse for my liking. Would still absolutely eat them, however.)

I would absolutely eat every one of those dishes.

Darla would be my first one to try.

Since I don't know how to smoke or sous vide either (and I don't have Chinese 5 spice powder) I choose Darla because her recipe is the only one I can attempt to recreate!

Was gonna go for the fried ribs IF they came with a homemade dipping sauce.

NOLAGT for creativity & execution.

Wonder if a Nashville Hot Deep Fried Pork Rib would be worth the effort?

That sounds like it could be interesting.

It's not the same, but pecan Lodge's fried pork rib is easily the best pork rib I've had. That thing is incredible.

Uh, you should have participated with this recipe. That's an EXCEPTIONAL idea. Might have to try it.

As for my vote....I did compete but will submit my vote for NOLA-GT. That said, everything posted has looked and sounded fantastic. I'm going to have to up my game drastically for the next challenge to even be in the conversation for top dish when competing against y'all.
