Not native but wanted to throw out one of my favorites. There are a ton of other contenders i've had, but figured i'd throw out maybe lesser discussed one.

Cane & Table brunch has a creole coconut curry fish & grits bowl that was absolutely divine. I think it had fried drum, crab, and crawfish in it. Damn it was impressive. The flavor combos were insane.

F&Ms cheese fries FTW

I'm still working on the finer dining answer to this, but nothing I've had can compare to those 2am cheese fries

That is one hell of a sandwich and the main reason I like it better than the traditional Muff is because there's not near the amount of bread to eat with it.
