This thread is a perfect example out how quickly our fanbase blows things out of proportion.

Listen to the interview. He didn't say the goal was a bowl game. He was saying Auburn's floor is being bowl eligible and we didn't do that last year so he didn't get the job done. Context matters

For how much people usually try and shite on Hugh for never taking accountability for stuff, the fact he does so here and there is still this type of reaction is more telling that it won't matter what he does, it won't be good enough to that sect of our fanbase.
What makes the whole ordeal even funnier is Reese gets away with a pretty blatant push off for her rebound. I mean to the point even she almost stopped playing assuming it was going to get called. Then, she goes up for the shot attempt and Clark fouls here. Calling that a flagrant was pretty absurd. The reaction afterwords was next level reidiculous.
That Iron Bowl was nuts. What a scoring fest

Auburns cam newton team was unstoppable when they needed a play. I know the numbers aren’t there, but no one could stop him when it counted

I think the 2014 team needs an honorable mention here as well. That offense was pretty damn insane, just didn't have a defense with a pulse to back it up. 230 yards passing per game, 255 yards rushing per game, 40 points per game.

I like soup, unless I'm in the mood for a sandwich. But sometimes I like to dip my sandwich in my soup and that really confuses me.

Would probably make a pretty good lyric for a Lorde song. Somebody get Randy Marsh on this.
Much worse day today for Tahaad. 10 Points, 4-15, 1-8 from 3, 3 assists, 6 turnovers from what I saw on X.

Yea, Dale having conspiracy theories because his original conspiracy theories came to be true, would be quite funny.

Dale has to be an RFKJr guy right?

Q if nothing else.

I need an episode where they’re all standing around on the fence, drinking hard seltzer and commenting about them

Definitely could be a Kahn episode where he bribes hillbillies with drinks if hey will do something for him. Then gets them seltzers

I love how well adjusted Bobby is as a human. The self-confidence that Peggy has instilled in Bobby ends up being a perfect counterbalance to Hank's inhibited personality.

Yep. He get's Hank's desire to be good at and passion for the things he likes but then gets Peggy's confidence and acceptance of himself, no matter how weird it may be, to do those things. It is a great combo to have honestly

It would if it was actually enforced. Why have rules when they’re not enforced? The ncaa is a joke.

How would it be enforced though? Realistically? The NCAA could maybe have some jurisdiction over the school's sponsored NIL collective, maybe, and say they can only pay X.

The NCAA can't regulate how much the player can make though, so then everyone will just find other ways around the cap to payt he players, and we are right back to where we were

I don't know. She is portrayed as outright petty and undermining. I do need to rewatch it, though.

I couldn't stand Peggy on my most recent re-watch. She is pretty damn awful.

Why do you think drug prices in the rest of the developed world are so low? Because they're capped through a variety of legislation. So the response has been to just make the money back in the US. Maybe now there will be some actual pressure to fix the whole situation.

100% agree. I'm fully aware of why it is the way it is. Wouldn't this practice violate our current Anti-trust/price discrimination laws though?

Trump is not telling the drug companies what to charge

he is telling them to charge no more than they are charging elsewhere.

I mean, splitting hairs here. But, that is why i said I'd laugh if the result of this was they raised the prices everywhere else, instead of what everyone is hoping they would do, which is lower the prices here, and that collapsed the universal healthcare the rest of the world likes to praise so much, that we largely subsidize.

The larger point of what you responded to though, is that it is hypocritical to be against EO's that are the government dictating what a good or service can be sold for while being fine with it in another market sector.
You seem upset. I'm all for fixing the problem. This is not the right way to do it. Enforcing current laws > writing new laws because nobody wants to enforce the laws we already have

I think we've officially run through every argument libs make when trying to enact new gun control laws. Good job everyone
I would think if you are old enough to legitimately be getting scouted by college programs, you are old enough to have your tells be taken advantage of if you have them.

Middle school age, I'd absolutely let the coach know after a game or something like that, but I'd also use it to help coach my guys. They need to learn to watch their opponent and study stuff like this, so it is as much of a coaching moment for you as it will be for the other coach in trying to help fix it.
I would think some smoked chicken thighs or something added to a traditional red beans & rice would be absolutely delicious. I'm not one that gets upset usually when people try variants of traditional dishes, as long as it is understood that they aren't trying to pass it off as the traditional dish. Fusion places are awesome, but you are aware that they are putting twists on classic dishes and recipes.

When it comes to an event like this that is for charity, if someone gets upset because you are making red beans & rice for ~600 people and you put chicken in it, they can get fricked

The whole point of a state in a capitalist society is to keep capitalism from eroding its own foundation from underneath itself in the name of maximizing profits and short term growth.

Don’t we already have the tools in place for this though? Most assuredly they’d be found guilty of price discrimination with how drastically different prices are, and I’m sure there is some collusion with foreign entities there. Why are we not directing our resources towards investigation instead? The legislature going in and setting a price ceiling for an industry is a whole different ballgame.
