Is this an inner squad scrimmage? Why are we playing ourselves?
Gradual. Had no massive jumps. IIRC, my pediatrician growing up was fairly shocked how linear my growth curve was
If I get to smash them together, there's no telling. Would be able to get quite a few down before my body realized wtf I had actually done to myself.

The math doesn’t exist

The math exists. Just have to define the variables. If the hit rate for the at the rim shot is 80%, this yields 1.6 points per shot. To equal that, the player shooting the 3 would have to shoot at a 53.3% rate, for the type of shot you'd get in that scenario (which would probably be a less contested than normal 3, so their hit rate should be higher than their normal average).

If we want to say that at the rim shot hits at a 90% success rate, then the 3 pt shot would need to be hit at over 60%.

So, obviously it would all depend on the players. Rarely is it going to make sense, but there definitely are NBA players that could hit at that rate for roughly uncontested shots. Generally though, it wouldn't be worth giving up the 2 points in the long run.

It is psychology. Most people, if they just try and go cold turkey away from the indulgent foods they really like, that will last for a little while, but eventually they will relapse and binge those things and destroy their progress plus some. It is why people yo-yo diet.

The idea with "cheat meals" is that you stay strict to your regimen for the week and then get a meal to over indulge, but you limit it to that meal. It won't destroy your progress as you've logged a good calorie deficit for the whole week, but you also get to scratch the itch of the things you really like.

Ultimately, you'll start craving some of that stuff less and less as your overall diet improves and you aren't as much dieting anymore as you are just eating better. However, rewarding hard work with some indulgence is a good motivator and also a good way to stay on top of those cravings instead of having them control you.
Fitting end. We airball wide open 3 and they hit a deep one at the buzzer.
lol Overton literally gets smacked in the head but they call that foul on us

It is uncanny how well teams have shot the 3 against us.

In 2014, the top 1 percent of taxpayers paid an average tax rate of 36.4 percent.

So that's fallen by 10.5% over the last decade? Doesn't seem great

The effective rate for the top 1% was not 36.4 in 2014, so no it hasn't fallen 10.5%.
Eh yes and no. There have been studies that have shown some better muscle growth if you do it after a workout. After you do weight training, your body is still going to be burning calories recovering from it, so it kind of helps boost your calories burned as your body will be working a little harder during the cardio. Another argument made is that you won't be as fatigued when doing the weight lifting, so that workout should be better and more intesnse.

Ultimately, for the majority of people, just find the option that means you will stick to it consistently, the rest really won't matter that much. I've tried it before and after workouts and both have had times where they worked better for me. When you get into the higher end physiques, yea maximizing every little gain you can matters a lot more, but to most people, they fall short because of lack of consistency, not because the didn't do something the 100% ideal way.
If that works, then lower speed. If you're going to be putting the time in ont he treadmill, no use cheating yourself out of your hard work from putting the machine to a level you have to assist yourself doing it. Whatever enables you to not have to hold onto the machine to support yourself.

ETA: my cardio routine I usually will do 10 minutes or so on the elliptical before a workout and then 20-30 minutes after the workout on the treadmill. Generally I only do around 10.5 incline and 3 speed, sometimes i'll bump incline up to 11-12.
Then i'd lower the incline to the point you don't have to use the handles/railing for the entirety of the use. On the low end holding onto the treadmill reduces calories burned by 20-30% and i've seen some individual exampes show upwards of a 50% reduction.
What's your fitness goal?

Grand scheme 45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week is definitely not too much cardio by any means. Not all cardio is the same and the intensity of your cardio matters a lot more than the amount of time you are doing it, but most people should be doing somewhere around 30-45 minutes of some type of cardio most days of the week.

Are you able to do this without holding onto the machine? That's a decent elevation.

I've not had any issues so far with season 2. I had it happen a few times last season, but not to a degree it was an actual big issue. The season 2 experience has been great so far as far as the game running.
They'll do a philly omelt from breakfast and you can have them wrap it in a tortilla and grill it up, one of my go to's for breakfast if i'm not getting the trashcan. Also, can't remember what Wayne called it but they have an off menu item that one of their old regulars used to have them do, where they'd make the Philly and put it on top of a plate of french fries and then smother it in brown gravy. It was so good . Big Ed maybe. Basically a Philly poutine.
Too dry? There is unlimited sauce
