The air fryer we got a few weeks ago. Exploring how to use it for best results.
Cakes has one of those and while she loves it I feel like it's highly overrated. It's just a faster way to bake something, which while valuable, doesn't do much for the taste of the food

Does my Kamado Joe count?
If not that, then my cast iron Dutch oven my parents gave to me which is over 40 years old.
Or my SS Brewtech InfuSsion mash tun, if hobbies count.

4 at Staub Dutch oven. Paid 89$ on eBay a couple years ago and we use it A LOT. It is extremely versatile. Now that our family is growing I’m going to get the bigger one for sure.
I like the black interior of the staub as opposed to the white on some of the others. It is super easy to clean and makes some delicious food. Short ribs, chicken and rice, jambalaya are some of the things it does really well. Frying is also great in it.

Item- Vacuum sealer
Ingredient- I've been on a mushroom kick lately... Made a mushroom cream sauce and served over sous vide chicken breast last night. I'm not a chicken breast type of guy, but the sauce would have made cardboard edible.

Grill Grates on Weber Genesis.
The "grill" side is good for grill marks, but I keep 3 of the 5 plates on the flattop side. Great for a solid brown crust on a steak or grilling fish. Just did shishito peppers and brussels sprouts on it.

I bought an Anova sous vide a month or so ago and I’ve been giving it a workout lately.

My chef's knife. Everything begins with the knife as far as food prep.

Toss up. Instapot for food, vacuum sealer for everything. Probably vac sealer because I buy everything in bulk and vac seal/freeze plus fish I catch. But hard to beat “boiled” eggs and 40 min roasts in instapot

Either grill in outdoor kitchen or air fryer. Can’t decide.

Either my smoker or my small gas Coleman grill. Depends what I’m cooking
