I’ve never had it.

I’m a Hellman’s guy.

And what about that Japanese mayo that Sam the cooking guy raves about?

Japanese mayo has a lot of sugar in it, too sweet for me.

I grew up on Blue Plate. Always been a die hard BP mayo guy. I was told to use Duke's Mayo for a french onion dip recipe about 2 years ago. Had a little left over from it... Haven't really used Blue Plate since. I think its the apple cider thats in Duke's that really gets me. I still like BP on sandwiches but Duke's for sure for anything else!

You will need to try it for yourself.

I don’t care for Duke’s. I prefer Blue Plate. To me, the Japanese Mayo is better than Duke’s.

I like Blue Plate in sandwiches and Po Boys.

When I just wanna spread Mayo I go For blue plate.

If your making deviled eggs or a Mayo based sauce I would Recommend Dukes. It’s thinner and mixes better.

I was a loyal Blue Plate user until I tried Duke's a few years ago. Supposedly, Duke's contains a higher ratio of egg yolks compared to other mayos, and that gives it this richer flavor that I really enjoy.

My personal favorite.

I like Hellman's as well. Blue plate too. Have not tried the Japanese mayo Sam rants about but I will give it a shot. My local store has some.

If it's Kewpie, and it probably is, it's because the Japanese mayos are made only with egg yolks, and more of them than standard mayos. They also use different vinegars, not just white, for acid. Finally, I think it has a bunch of MSG in it also. It's good.

I still prefer Blue Plate but we'll buy Dukes as a secondary option.

If you're a mayo fan, Duke's will change your life. I was a Kraft guy until I tried Duke's.

Duke's is legit. Switched to it about 6 years ago and buy it exclusively now.

As a Miracle Whip user, would I like Dukes or Blue Plate?

I like the sweet and tang of the Miracle Whip.
