You previously said it was 195. Why not try getting closer to the 175 lb mark, which is around what you should be?
175lbs with my structure maybe skin and bones. I’m a large framed guy (wide shoulders and chest). I’ll see when I get there. When I say 200lbs is my goal, 195 is in th...
Most pharmacies here sell it for over a thousand per month. Where is this $250 per month?
I’m not sure where I said it was $250 a month. My wife was paying over $500 a month for Wegovy. Luckily now, my insurance is covering hers as well, but it took some hoops to jump through to g...
Any Desert Storm Pact Act disability recipients here?
Posted by theantiquetiger on 4/23/24 at 1:32 am
A DS veteran friend of mine called me last night, asking me if I heard of or filed for the Pact Act.
He briefly explained it to me, telling me different claims DS veterans are getting partial disabilities for. He named three or four that I have right off the bat.
I don’t use the VA for my medica...

I said the same thing when I was watching it. But it was fair, they all didn’t do well on the vault.
What was the vault scores for the four squads?...
There are experts who can remove the water stains (if they are embedded too badly in the paper and it does not appear from the photo that they are). I have removed water strains from train boxes. But, if the water has caused to paper to separate or crinkle, you may not be able to do it. T...

Holy shite, this thread has grown since I looked at it. (I’m not reading 5 pages of fighting).
Update on me:
I’m closing in on 45 lbs lost (7 lbs since starting this thread).
I did start a daily regiment of a protein shake, which I believe slowed my weight loss some (in a good way).
I’...

It was damn good. I remember last time I went, I wasn’t that impressed.
The only thing that was not on par with the rest of the food was the spring rolls (or egg rolls). They were good, just not as great as the rest of the food.
Another item that was misleading was their duck & andouille gum...

$1200 seems awfully high. My wife has been on Wegovy for a few months, and has been paying $500 a month.
He primary couldn’t get her on it, she went to my primary and he got her on it (after being denied the first time). She now pays $22 a month...
