There is a world of coffee out there that will blow your mind. Community Dark is just overroasted burnt crap to me.

The only kind of coffee I have ever had is dark roast Community Coffee. If that isn't available I just don't drink coffee.
Why?

I agree on Community, just not that great to me. My wife always drinks coffee so I've tried several different ones the last few months:
Brooklyn Fuggeeaboutit…..Pretty good
Brooklyn donut shop...ok
Donut Shop...ok
Green Mountain...ok
New Orleans French Market (forget what flavor) but it was horrible
New Orleans Roast...Medium & chocolate beignet, both were okay
But this Black Rifle CAF is easily the best I've had

Not sure about that, but there damn sure is a whole lot of coffee out there better. Fresher as well.

French Truck is my favorite local roaster. Freshest, best tasting and aroma for me. Le Grand COQ Rouge. Grind it, use filtered water, keep your coffee maker clean and you’ll be good to go

I drink coffee mainly at work, which is Community Breakfast Blend. However, Mammoth Espresso uses Mad Cap coffee. I haven’t found one that I didn’t like. All have a true unique taste to them.

I mix Publix Colombian Decaf with Lavazza Gran Selectione to make my own half caff. I make it in a French press and drink it black. Works for my tastes and helps me keep the caffeine at a fairly low level.

I’ve had deathwish. It’s not the best tasting coffee but it serves its purpose... definitely extra caffeine.
In BR, I’ve settled on French Truck. You can pick it up at rouses (check the roast date - coffee is best when brewed within two weeks of roasting) and they have a number of different sources and roasts. Can also order from them online.

Just got shipment of Black rifle. Got the AK espresso and the Liberty. Only had the AK so far and it is really good. I'd also like to suggest that you find a local roaster. There are several here in KC area I use, including one guy that does some amazing coffee out of his house.

Compared to Folgers and shite like that maybe. Try some small batch roasters
Community is great for break rooms, car dealerships and doctor offices

Reve in Lafayette is my go to for good tasting coffee if I have the time to make it properly. I always keep a bag of ground Community in the house though - just because my Paw Paw would have disowned me if I didn't have at least one bag of Community in my house.

Union Coffee & chicory, brewed cold drip overnight and cut with a dash of milk.

Illy medium roast ground drip coffee is really smooth, not bitter or burned tasting. Four level scoops (so 8 tablespoons) in our Bonavita 8-cup coffee maker.
