Buffalo sauce is criminally underutilized

It goes great on everything and barely has any calories. Why isn't a staple of our cuisine like ketchup or mustard?

Frank's makes a bottle of buffalo wing sauce that tastes just like when I make it with Franks-butter, but no butter calories. I use it on so many things.

Speaking of the franks Buffalo sauce, which I LOVE. Do y’all simmer it with some butter before tossing wings in it or just straight Franks ? I usually add some butter, but, if it’s not really needed I’ll cut out those extra calories.
