Same for me. I'm fine with people disagreeing with 2 bring at the top, but for me it's the best. It's such a hard watch with all the failures and struggles that Rocky goes through and then he's practically on his own and then "Win R...

I'm in the middle of season 2. I like the show enough to continue, but so tired of the racism angle and now they have to bring the lesbian angle in too. Just annoying....

re: What’s on the menu this weekend?

Sellers Bros. Here in Houston has tbone steaks for $4.99 per pound and St. Louis style ribs for $2.99 a pound. I bought a bunch of that. Probably have the steaks tonight then the ribs tomorrow or Monday depending on our plans.
Wtf I'd kill to be a stay at home dad, especially in a nice house with a nice car. I'd be even more thrilled to provide this lifestyle for the mother of my children.
I worked from home for a year when my son was almost two and his mom wanted to go back to work. I loved it. Not many...
re: Cat Advice
Posted by noonan on 5/5/24 at 5:18 pm
I've always been told that when introducing cats you keep them in separate rooms with the doors closed. Eventually they will both start playing through/under the door and get used to each other's scent. Then they are more likely to accept each other....
The problem is the elementary schools want you to invite all the kids or zero kids.

I understand this being an issue. We didn't do the whole class invite. My son didn't want to invite everyone, he just wanted one or two friends to be there. We already know their parents do we jus...

What age group are you talking about? Under 5 I can kinda agree with you. Those can be a shite show.
My kid wanted to go to Main Event for his birthday. He just invited one friend. The mom's hung out while the kids played. I paid for it. Kids had a good time. This was the first one we really did, ...

Sick people should be able to get outside and pay too.
At least that is what I assume when I see someone wearing a mask, that they are wearing it because they are sick. ...

re: Gomorrah - no spoilers please

I thought it was great for a number of seasons then around season 6 or so I just wasn't interested. I think there was a break in watching for me and I either just didn't feel like picking it back up or I started and didn't finish it.
But it was a must watch for me for a while....

So if it hits the batters hands instead of the bat as he's swinging it's considered a strike?
We are just trying to figure out what happened....

Same with the people rooting against LSU. Watching this season, outside of Louisiana there are a lot of anti LSU people. It's not just the media hating on LSU, but there are a lot of people running with the media's narrative. ...
re: Anyone else have kids that like Skibidi Toilet?

My 7 year old is almost obsessed with it. We are getting rid of YouTube access on our tv. It's not the only reason but it's a big reason.
It's stuff for stoned college kids. Not 7 year olds.
He doesn't talk as much about "the backrooms" but he's seen too much. Stuff. ...

Loving this show. Never heard of it until this thread.
Accidently watched the season 2 finally first and was hooked. Now I'm watching how they get there and I'm completely engaged.
Honestly not a bad way to do it. ...
