I may be wrong, but I suspect that when Sidney Powell says she's going to "release the Kraken," she's referring to an avalanche of first-hand, eyewitness testimony from hundreds of patriots around the country--evidence that cannot be disputed by anyone.

I hope she has more than these eyewitness accounts we know about. This does not sound like she has the goods imo

We are talking about fraud, vote laundering, forgery, and cybercrime.

What evidence above witnesses do you think you are going to get here?

Either they have enough evidence to turn this around or they have been jerking us around big time. I will think less of Trump and his lawyers investigating this if they do not have what they clearly have said, many times, that they have. And I’m as MAGA as they come.

There are whispers on the Q thread that Sidney will in fact bring the kraken to court. An immense, 8-legged kraken will sit on the stand and spill the beans on the entire operation.

I think the Kracken is the data stored on the server seized in Germany.

In criminal cases is it usual for attorneys to lay out the evidence before going to court. Would this be good for the discovery phase of a trial? Not a law person.

If you spend all your time here hoping fot evidence, you might as well get a job or something. I assure you, you will not see, and you are not owed one shred of evidence until it is presented to the courts.

Well yes. Naturally.

But not because someone keeps screaming, I debunk this.

Eyewitnesses aren't going to get it done without corroborating evidence. No matter how credible or numerous.

Yeah. But she’s all over the map. Retweeting this nonsense isn’t a hope-inspiring move.

Even with the evidence, you have to have Judges with spines of steel and willingness to do what is right in order to act on it.

Too many are either spineless or corrupt.

Bring it to where? To court?

Or to social media so the affiants can be terrorized for a few extra weeks.

This ain't Powell's first rodeo. She's priming the pump pre-court. Sidney Powell knows what she is doing.

Knows even more than you do. If you can grasp that.

You’d think at least some of that evidence would have been presented by now in the courts. President Trump’s lawyers are getting the silly beat out of them right now. If the plan is to take everything to SCOTUS, an easy out for the justices is to let the lower courts’ judgments stand.

Democrats impeached the President and their Senators voted to convict him and have him removed based on what some guy claimed he heard on a phone call.

A call that many people heard and heard differently.

That being said, Powell needs more than these affidavits.

Eyewitnesses to a crime can be enough. But you must first show there was a crime.

My hunch is we are going to get into such arcane territory that no judge will be able to say with certainty there was an actual crime. It will be statistical probabilities, and as long as there is "a chance" then they'll say there's no way they can invalidate an election, and there's not enough "provable" fraud to overturn the results.

Both sides get what will fuel them the most.

Eyewitness testimony from hundreds isn’t going to do shite. The only crime that could be substantial enough to swing the election will not have been witnessed by hundreds.

First have testimony is enough to put people to death for murder. It is sufficient.
