Snowflake? Only Snowflake I see is you being offended by someone voicing their opinion.

I don't give a shite who we hire, keep your political views seperate from your job.

Hell bring in Trump as HC, and I would have the same opinion I have about him right now, shut your damn mouth and do your job.

We use sports as an escape from things like politics. When politics gets injected where it doesn’t need to be, it is annoying.

That goes for any politics.

I simply do not want to know if my coach is a Republican, Democrat, an Australian Green, or a Torie.

That being said it’s not a dealbreaker. I actually like SVG a lot. He’s funny. He’s also a good coach.

He’s probably my favorite of the retread candidates.

I can't be a hypocrite and say I don't want politics in sports while not wanting a coach because of his politics. I understand the frustration if that person is very outspoken but I don't care if he's a good coach. I choose to not let that affect my opinion for an NBA head coach job. I don't ignore it because I'm uneducated or not strong on my views, but because its not worth the mental gymnastics and fricking up my vibes.

100% would rather SVG over Kidd or Lue

I mean, SVG has just been talking about politics on his own time. He's just been a private citizen who's allowed to have an opinion like everyone else.

I think this whole discussion is rather silly. I see no indication that SVG is looking for a job so that he can promote his political and social views. And if you want to discriminate against him on the basis of his liberal views, then you had better hope you never apply for a job where you get discriminated against on the basis of your conservative views.

I expect nothing less from you

I applaud anyone who doesn’t give a frick and stands for what they believe. It can Meyers Leonard being the only guy standing for the anthem bc his bro was in the military to SVG raw dogging trump on Twitter

SVG’s politics resonates with his players. If one was interested in building a culture, why would anyone want him to shut up and dribble

I’m down with SVG, Lue, or pretty much any of the young guys.

Kidd can GTFO, also Mark Jackson (not that there is any credible link there).

It sounds like if the Rockets pick JVG than Lue to the Pels is probably a done deal. However, it would be pretty cool to see a JVG vs SVG coaching matchup with rivals Rockets and Pels.

The Clippers should hire Mark Jackson, that way I don’t have to hear JVG and MJ anymore on broadcasts.

I want us to just all be in the camp of being ok with our differences.

If you're watching ball and don't agree with players/HC voicing opinions then that's cool

Its also cool if you don't want to watch. Doesn't affect me. I respect your right to an opinion too.

When we fight all the time and can't handle differences it just adds more hate that we don't need.

He's way too much on Twitter, but I never heard him say anything politically when he was coaching
