re: CBS ranks the NBA Front Offices

I’m sure there’s better FO’s in the G-League, should be ranked lower

Kobe? Or did he already sign a 2 way

He is signed to a non guaranteed training camp deal, but he always could convert that to a 2 way for the guaranteed money instead

Because Christian Koloko missed the 23-24 season due to a blood clot despite being on NBA contract, I’d think Koloko has one more year of two-way eligibility through the Harry Giles rule. Giles rule gives players an extra year of two-way eligibility if they were injured during their 4 year NBA term for an entire season. Pelicans have one more two-way contract spot open. Kobe Bufkin will also be competing for that two-way spot.

If this has exhibit 10 language, Squadron will need to trade the Austin Spurs for Koloko’s returning rights.

With the Laketown Squadron now closer to New Orleans, this gives the Pelicans a closer opportunity to evaluate players and assign their draft picks to the G League.

That would be a logical route. I would expect the Clippers match that, but that is certainly more palatable than giving up a valuable asset.

My problem with giving up even more 2nds is we only have 3 left. We’ve seen this offseason what 2nd round picks can get you, Aaron Wiggins, Beef Stew, Isiah Joe, DFS, Riscaher.

This new CBA makes 2nds way more valuable, we need more of them
Unless they’re hoping they can eventually talk Milwaukee into swapping Turner for Poole’s expiring, that would open up enough to offer almost a full MLE if not a full one.

We need a center you dumb fs!!!!

We also need a scoring spark off the bench. Poole and Hawk aren’t it. Mathurin could be it, and if they play it right they could have enough under the tax to offer a full MLE to a center, or trade for one making MLE money, or loop in one in a trade like Gafford.

We could realistically have:

Out: Poole, Hawk, Herb

In: Mathurin, DJJ, Gafford, picks

With that said, with this FO we also could have:

Out: Trey, Herb, picks

In: Mathurin, Brook Lopez

We have no idea which way they will go

You can not rush and still finish in 3 hours or less.

If the course is wide open as a single absolutely, I’ve taken my time and done 3 hours while trecking through the woods looking for lost balls to restock my bag.

I just know when the course is booked up it will be a 5 hour maybe more playthrough, so I plan accordingly (aka get the liver ready for a few more beers). I just see so many people out there on a weekend trying to rush the guys in front of them because they think they should be able to play a round in 3 hours at 1 pm on a Saturday, and that frustrates me more than anything.
The only way including Herb would make sense would be if Poole is involved also.

DJJ and Mathurin at 20 million, Herb and Poole going back to Clips also opens up our full MLE also that we could throw at Kuminga or someone else.

Could also wrap Hawk in going to Memphis with Clips sending a 2nd or 2 to Memphis, which would open up the roster spot for the MLE player.
I’ll be honest, one thing I’ve yet to understand in my limited time playing is the mindset of trying to rush through the course as quick as possible and rushing others.

There’s not a single person out there prepping to play the majors, and not a single person that’s on the PGA tour. Play at a reasonable pace and enjoy yourself. Those other people paid the same amount of money you did to play that course, and yes there are alot of beginners or older folks who aren’t very good and will play slower.

I try to play as a single as much as possible, but I usually try to find courses that aren’t packed so I can take my time and enjoy myself.
I just don’t see Draymond being a path to competing. They’re not getting out of the play in IMO, if they even get that far
quote:

They have no depth, with over half the roster on minimum deals. But their first 6 are really good, and I like Simons as a 6th man. Might be the best starting 5 in the league when healthy. But Embiid is going to miss substantial time. If they get any more injuries, they will struggle for sure. I don't see how they can add anyone else of any real value..

Some people are talking about a Embiid for Turner and Kuzma swap. I have a feeling Embiid is going to be the odd man out and they will use him to shed money and create depth
KCP is negotiating a buyout with Memphis and going to Philly also.

Philly has to dump 2 players now along with some salary, so they’re not done making moves.

This is pretty much a guarantee, because the Bucks will absolutely be in the lottery and we have their pick
