You already have 2 great d line coaches in peoples and sterling. Why should one of them get demoted just so lane can give o a paycheck?

Nobody is getting demoted, and I doubt O has much to do with coaching, they just have to give him a “coaching” position so he can recruit.

The Spurs got so lucky

No luck involved at all…

Wemby was going to be a Spur the minute he came onto everyone’s radar, and the league was going to make sure it happened any way possible.

Just like Dallas getting Flagg had nothing to do with luck

Welp, that kills any hope anyone should have for this team

still don't think Herb fetches No. 11 in this draft. If so, I'd make the trade.

Herb and the better of Bucks/Pels pick next year for #11.

Who says no? Definitely not Joe.

Everyone else would though besides the receiving team

Jan 21, 2021 SVG was the coach

They’re bringing him back
I did say close to washed up

The way he plays and the way his injuries have been piling up he has 2-4 years left as a top level player.

He will be done as a top player before all the assets given up for him have conveyed IMO

The article says he wants Knicks, which again implies he wants the bright lights big market franchise. Unfortunately, we’re on the don’t call list again.

You mean fortunately.

Giannis is close to being washed up, he’s injured alot these days
They will announce Darvin Ham as the new coach today to build “excitement” in the fan base and take minds away from the dumb trade
quote:

In the end they'll go with Ham because he probably already lives on Joe's couch, and then they'll tout his Associate Head Coach experience compared to the inexperience of the other candidates

“Darvin brings a championship pedigree to this organization, both as a player and as an assistant coach. He also won the first ever In Season Tournament as a coach, and we feel like he has the leadership qualities to bring those type of championships to the Pelicans organization. This team, these players, and most importantly, this city deserves it.”
It is the Bulls

I wouldn’t get to bent out of shape yet.

Trajan is looking like the one that got away as of now, but that team was mostly put together before him

Maybe the new coach has agreed to keeping them already

Ham will keep anybody Dumars tells him to
If they hire Rondo

I may just be back in
Jenkins had no bearing on who the next coach will be. He was never an option

Correct, but GS will have him back if he wants to go back. He said last night he will make his decision in a week or two

What other young and fresh candidates will Dumars interview?

None.

There is only 3 qualifications in someone that will be considered.

re: Mike Malone hired by UNC

Mike was not an option for us just like Jenkins won’t be an option.

They don’t fit either of the 2 criteria that will be needed for the job.

1) Cheap

2) Black
Darvin Ham or Kevin Ollie

One of those 2 will be the coach
