NFL coaching contracts are fully guaranteed, they get paid every penny of their contract regardless if they’re coaching or sitting at home. You just don’t hear about it because rarely are NFL coaching contract amounts are disclosed to the public....

Man, if y’all can’t see that the best thing for CJ and the team is for him to come off the bench then y’all need to go back to basketball school.
