Hopefully, in January we can have another program party that I can be a part of. I really enjoyed all of us on the same thing.

I considered running that too burgeman…

//edit: looked at it closer and it looks like a lot of back and grip work plus 2x a week squats so I think it would be pretty good for my goals

Back in town after leaving Sunday and getting in late last night. Last Friday I Completed 12 reps on the 90% in 10 minutes and was pleased with that Starting on this Monday's routine tonight so running 3 days behind . Will workout through Monday then take a day off and then do the Max Party Sucks to be behind but sometimes life gets in the way. Hope yall have been killing it.

Hard to hold my phone right after that cardio.

First time in my life I did weighted chins. Added 10 lbs and got all the reps in. Felt awesome. Proud of myself. These programs work because at the beginning of Silverback last month I was barely doing a couple true chins with no weight.

I find it interesting when watching the instagram stories on PPSA account that there are so many people doing front squats. I hate those damn things with a passion.

Going forward, should we take our PRs on Monday and use 90% of that as our new training max?

Squats felt really good tonight. My legs are ready for Monday. I said frick it tonight and went beltless. I'll let you know tomorrow if that was a bad idea or not. I usually belt up at 80% and up. My 95% was 310lbs. My 1 rep max before we started was 315. Feel confident I can beat that by at least 15lbs.

1st set of cardio was my last set of cardio. Zottman curls were instant elbow pain. Tendonitis is a bitch.

Everything felt great, went above training max on squats. I’m shooting for 25lbs pr, worked too hard for a push arse increase.

Chins went great. I did them super slow, like 3-4 count eccentric plus pauses at top and bottom. Surprised me as I have gained weight.

Feel like I have consolidated gains on press too. Maybe not increase but same weight went moved faster.

Fairly quick today, that cardio was rough.

Today was too easy. Kind of a letdown on the last day of the last week. I thought todays would be rough considering there’s a weekend of rest before Monday.

Knocked out the two tempo days from Monday and Tuesday. Tomorrow will be PR Prep day. The tempo work wasnt bad, my bench work was excellent feel 20 lbs stronger. Got 5 yesterday and 6 this mnorning on the cardio (30 yard farmer walks and bent over rows) I was pretty much running to do 6 rounds I am not sure how one could get more than that. Wish I wasnt behind everyone but I am going to finish this out strong
