I quit doing dips ago because it hurt my shoulders when I did. Flash forward and I realize the truth is I just let my shoulders get weak. They aren't weak anymore.

My wife is still irritated about the SS bar I bought. She's complaining about how much room I'm taking in the garage and she isn't wrong. I'll wait a few more weeks and then I'm sliding in a dip attachment for my rack. I'm looking forward to it, too.
Protect those fingers tonight and WPS!

I believe a combination of tax dollars and donations are needed to fund those programs.

So, what's your plan if the donations aren't there?
A lot of us built the home gyms. I havena pretty good setup in my garage. Rogue squat rack with some pulley attachments and bands, Ohio bar, a safety squat bar, ez curl bar, over 600lbs of plates, a great Rep adjustable bench, dumbbells up to 70lbs, kettlebells up to 50lbs, and a leg extension/curl machine from Titan.

I plan on adding a dip attachment on my rack and will eventually buy a sled to push up and down my sidewalk and driveway.

Also, I'm the strongest(and weakest) dude at my gym.

I saw those other posts and thought about it. lol...I was 30 and didn't have any kids yet the last time we beat bama. My oldest is heading into his Sr year of high school and has never seen Arkansas beat the Tide in football. Crazy!
How long before they segregate race/color preferences?
Gillette. Those ads telling men to do better made me stop buying anything labeled Gillette.
I'm no expert, but check in to in home hospice care. It can actually go on for a very long time.

Just because you're embarrassed to admit you're a democrat.

Really rolls off the tongue. Personally, I was hoping a pot farm or a bail bondsman would win the naming rights.

We would have definitely recruited better with either of them.

Prime has the Nutricost 500g creapure on sale for Prime day. It's marked down to $30.36. It's roughly $7.60 off regular price. Not a bad buy at all.

The Cajunbama of Kentucky fans.
The same people who condone TDS tards fricking up the reflecting pool are the same people distraught that Trump is building a ball room and "destroying" the White House.

TDS is a helluva drug.

How often do you work out?

If healthy 5 days a week. If not, then I adjust accordingly.
I finally bought one from Titan this week. Got it today just in time for leg day.

This thing is awesome. Four sets in and my upper and lower back feel great. Depth is a to g and my quads are pushing more without my lower back hinging.

Probably going to be sore in new places tomorrow.
