Man I’m stoked. Had my wife watching my depth. Hit parallel or past each time. Would’ve gone for 295, but 290 moved a little slow and I got worried about straining my back.

I’m pretty much doing a bro split the rest of the month but I’m gonna alternate high weight low rep days and low weight high rep days

I was going to do DB Strength, but I think I may run arm farm then Christmas bench. Taking the rest of this week off, so I still have time to decide. Seesaw is also a possibility.

Finally got to run PR party after travel. Got up to 370 and that felt like enough. Pretty decent lift for me considering I had 345 as my TM.
