My old max was 225. I’m shooting for 250 but I’m gonna work up to it over a few sets and see how it feels. Don’t really want to fail one.

OHP at 145x5 felt heavy but manly. Can’t believe we are doing that again tomorrow. Squats felt good; put a belt on for the 90% but otherwise nice and smooth and easy. Got 4 sets of back arms cardio; triceps did not want any more of the 52.5lbs ezbar.

My lower back is angry with me. Squats went up easy and felt good though. PR on first set of OHP, but it didn’t feel good. Dropping weight to avoid hurting myself.

108% is the minimum that would give me a PR, but that puts me at 298. My goal is to break 300, 111% would be 305, so that's probably what I'm going for.

Squats were good tonight. 1 rep @ 90% was 295 and it was easy. Looking forward to the PR party.

OHP was 135lbs and chins were body weight.

Six rounds on cardio. 55lbs for skullcrushers.

Quick, easy workout. Only two to go. Been a lot of fun.

Tomorrow may be the first time I ever add weight on chins. They were almost easy today.

I did 20 lbs on the all the sets of chins today. New record for me. Surprisingly I'm at my all time highest body weight too lol

I've been contemplating a dip belt to make adding weight easier
