re: mortgage interest rates - burgeman
Does almost 7k in closing costs on a 30 yr refinance sound right? It includes the title company fees And origination charges. Gmfs in Baton Rouge just sent me the disclosure for my refinance to 3.1%. I already have my original loan with them....

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
I think I've decided to just wait until what I really want comes back in stock. I really want the rml3 or r-3 racks due to the small foot print (34" depth). I'm working with limited space so those seem to be the best options. Would Rogue cut the rml3 shorter if I need it? The r3 comes in a shorty w...

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
Saw this resistance simulator on Alan Thrall's channel today, seems like a useful tool to use instead of pushing your vehicle up and down the street. Kinda pricey tho. [link=(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBi2f9AvEpE)]Truck in a Box[/link] Looks like someone made a whole topic about it as I ...

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
I'm not planning on going back to the gym if I buy a rack. I would save $86 a month by cancelling the membership. Sometimes I like to get out of the house for an hour and the gym is a good place to do that....

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
I'm kinda on the fence right now with everything out of stock. If I wait for everything to be in stock from Rogue or Rep then my gym will be back open. Or I could buy this fray fitness rack that is 3x3 11g steel with Westside hole pattern and 3/8" holes that could feasibly fit everyone else's attach...

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
You talking about the fold out racks that mount to the wall? [quote]Personally I feel everyone's best bet is to look for a wall mount rack that is 3x3 and 11g. If you do that, you are never going to have to worry or regret buying it. Although not as safe as a full rack they are much safer than ju...

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
X4, I'll look into something beefier, may just wait until rogue gets their stuff back in stock. They said they are opening up the popular stuff to order tomorrow at some time. Rep has an eta of mid may for the 4000 & 5000 stuff. ...

re: Building a home gym during this mess - what do you have? - burgeman
What about reps 1000 series full rack? I'm not throwing around huge weight and probably never will. I need some economical that can fit in a space that has 8 foot ceilings, and is 125" wide x 70" deep. I was going with a squat stand but reps prices are too good on the full racks....

re: My gutters are sagging. Can someone provide a link for the best gutter brackets? - burgeman
I have a similar issue but a large limb landed on part of the gutters and bent it down. Now water just comes spilling out over that area. Should I just drill a braket to the area and lift it u where it is bent?...
