I've got a 2001 Landcruiser I might let go for cheap. Needs little things done (hoses and such) right now but I don't drive it much. It's got 315k miles, major annual maintenance (timing belt, water pump, new power steering and rear brakes, calipers/rotors) done in the last 5k miles.

Much better and safer than a 70's vehicle.

boneless whole Prime N.Y. Strips for $12.88

Just checked the last time I bought some from Rouses was in June. They were $10.97/lb.

Parents had one before ida knocked down the whole house. House was built in 1982 so I guess it was period appropriate.
There used to be a guy in Prairieville that worked on them I think.

I've never brought mine to him but someone here mentioned he was a master Toyota mechanic

I'm a short wade from where I can put in, to where it meets the Amite. I'll check it out, thank you.
Trying to plan some new spots in the summer to go along with surf fishing at Elmer's.

Are these too deep to walk and cast? I know floating the Tangi is pretty productive, didn't know if it was worth trying to wade up river? I've got access to both.

I also have access to the Tangi up near Osyka if that would be a better option.

Thanks in advance for any advice
According to Florida Constitution, Anyone can set up on the seaward side of the mean high water line. It's all public from mean high water to the water.

The property owners are trying to say no one can set up in front of their house and they own the land wherever the beach touches the water.

I've been following this circus for the past year, there is a local page called shoreline defender on Instagram that is a local guy trying to keep beaches public.

This all reminds me of the great debate in Louisiana about who owns the marsh and is it trespassing if I'm in a boat.

That whole failure to punch it in on the 2point conversion and then the terrible 4th down 30 yard bomb after the fumble recovery, still haunt me.
Just watched level cap video on this, I'm probably going to pick it up. Loved those old strike games.

Also, you must set this up with your HR everyone ahead of time

Is there some kind of paperwork they need to set it up

They seem to be priced well on amazon around $50-$60 down from around $100ish

I bought one a few months ago when they were similarly priced, I'll be pairing it with a ultegra 2500 to surf fish next year.

That's how I'm feeling with it. I found my old falcon ul rod right after buying the st. Croix. It's a much better experience.
I might have a 6' st.croix panfish ul for sale soon. Seems a little too whippy for my liking. Going to take it out a few more times just to see if I like it enough to keep it.
I'm a week behind at this point, work and kids killing me.
It's fun with a squad, it's down right torture solo.
