Where will St. George build a city hall? Hopefully it’s a beautiful building.

So hypothetically, when this passes and St. George becomes a city, what is the time frame for it ?

How does your sources know who will go vote next Saturday and what they will vote for? And now they only have an idea of how early voting is going.

Have rich people ever drawn such lines with any long-term success, i.e. without being invaded?

Seems to me you're building BR into a chicken-shite version of St. Louis. Why?

So you can have suburban random shooter high schools instead of urban gang shooter high schools? It's profoundly misguided.

At the end of the day, St. George is still located in the greater Baton Rouge area.

They’re still fricked.

It’s like saying we are the nicest suburb of Damascus!

I can’t wait for y’all to be able to use your tax expenditures efficiently, and responsibly.

A lot of people are mad about that.

It'll be interesting to watch the bubble pop when the young families that moved in realize that the school system isn't included and isn't going to happen.

I wonder who JBE is going to appoint as mayor? Dudley or Debosier?

There is so much old rich money within BR that St George isn’t some true breakaway.. The tug of war between the two will be interesting

I have no dog in this fight but can people who live in Woodlawn, Sherwood Forest, o’neal Ln area (townie area when I grew up) going to be okay with a property tax hike?

Growing up in BR 20 years ago these areas were known as outskirts

My original call was 70-30. As the advocate and swb keep spreading lies, tempted to push the O/U at 75/25
