I haven't started handicapping it yet. Would like to hit the box trifecta again. ...

re: Booger McFarland on off the bench this morning - Mahootney
I think I'm making a different point. Other teams can make runs with young qbs. Other teams can insert the backups and have success. But for 10 years the qb has been lsu's excuse. I'm not saying that you have to have a two year proven starter to answer the question. I'm saying at what po...

re: Who has played copper mill before? - Mahootney
I'm not sure if I do it right, but I don't break my wrists on the bump and run. I keep them locked and strike through the ball. It stays low and rolls more like a putt. You just have to practice on where to land it. But it gives you a decent chance to get up and down. ...

re: Who has played copper mill before? - Mahootney
Easy course to score well on. Pretty forgiving fairways. Reachable par 4s & par 5s. Big greens. Not a ton of bunkers or hazards. No clue on the current shape. I quit playing it when it went to shite....
Learn to bump and run. Chipping makes the game more complicated IMO.
This. I like to consider two chip options. Forward in your stance and fly it (I usually do this over features like bunkers and lips). Or back in your stance and punch for a bump and run. (I usually do this on ...

re: Official League of Legends Thread | Season 7 - Mahootney
I like poke mage supports so I can corral and protect all of the retards on my team... or zone/damage the enemy so they are more passive. If I get a team that is good, I prioritize vision. If I get a potato team, I at least give us a chance to get to late game and hope they can team fight. Zyra...

re: Birth of child as it relates to golf? - Mahootney
How long was it after your child was born before you snuck away for a few hours for a round?
I didn't sneak away. The first few months are more stressful on the mom than the kid/dad. If she has help there (her mom, your mom), you can get away for a few hours, but she'll resent it som...

re: Birth of child as it relates to golf? - Mahootney
Before my 1st was born I played 3x a month. After that I played 1-2x per month.
First is almost a year old, and I'm creeping back up to 3x a month. Wife and kid ride with me for front 9, and I drop them off and finish up with a non-foursome group behind me. I plan on trying to sta...
If you're a baseball fan, you hate all the things they frick up. If you like good acting, you hate the cliche roles thrown at you non-stop.
