No reason in this day and age better documentation couldn't be uploaded online of the entire process prior to any approvals by Planning & Zoning / Council. They don't want to have public meetings or review.

Exactly. No concern can the City/Parish meet the infrastructure needs etc. The developers are largely carpet baggers with no long-term skin in the game. People are wise to start asking questions. The process is purposefully vague and shady. Just put a sign up on a property for some zoning or project. Hard to get documents for review. When it is time to question by stakeholders/citizens it is too late by design.

The millions spent on the lakes plus the golf course is to help a small group of rich people living around that area. If those people want the golf course then they should create a special taxing district to fund it.
