Mixed nuts are dangerous. Really easy to overdo it and kill any diet success.

But what farmers produce is food and fiber. Which is necessary for life.
Fiber is not necessary for human consumption.

Farmers are the biggest welfare queens in this country. Bailed out all the time. Paid for the dumbest programs like bat houses and all kinds of crap by USDA. Zero free market in farming. If you are a fourth generation farmer you hit the lottery. Congrats on all the land and F-250s.

Corn fields don't need to be flooded to grow. So leaving unharvested corn and flooding it serves no legitimate agricultural purpose. Its 100% done for the purpose of baiting ducks.
There are large areas of Kansas and Missouri that are not even farmed. They are turned into floodable cornfield/milo marshes. Zero Farming purpose. Solely for preventing ducks migrating further so they can profit.
The places I have hunted were not farm ground. There was farm ground nearby of course. But, these were man made marshes flooded after the milo/corn grew enough.

There is no snow on the ground up north. It’s not as cold as it used to be. There’s really not anything pushing the ducks down.
It isn’t just the cold that pushes them. They feed south. As food is eaten they migrate further to find fields that have not been eaten. They don’t have to now because of the planted bait fields.
Anyone who has been to Midwest duck hunting knows it is BS they can legally bait this way.

Because we are in the bottom 10 in illegal aliens. Democrat hell holes are replacing people/voters with illegal aliens. They created Sanctuary Cities for a reason.

It is not an investment. Just know that. And it’ll always be a cash outflow. It is like your home and romantic/emotional maybe moreso. It isn’t an investment and always some project. Taxes, insurance, equipment, utilities, food plots, deer stands and feeders. Once you start looking at available properties within your budget an extra $500 a month will get you more/better and it never ends and you end up buying way more than you originally wanted.
If you are fine with the above do it. If not find a good lease!

I was recently in your spot. I chose warranty because price of new vehicles went up so much and interest rates were so high.
Warranty made sense.
Warranty made sense.
No. Not worth the extra money or worse taste.

No he chose a statute that doesn't reference tariffs and has never been used for tariffs, which is why the tariffs are being litigated.
LMAO. We all know why they are being litigated. TDS.

This is why the steal happened in 2020. They were shocked in 2016. And the wheels of the gravy train fell off aka Clinton Foundation. So much money was paid to them and they lost power.

what does that have to do with my post.
Mars said no school has ever won a wrongful termination lawsuit against a coach. That is objectively false.
I even went out of my way to say "that said, LSU has no case here." So what exactly are you trying to argue here?
He probably meant no school has ever won a case like this where they fired a coach for losing / playing like crap then subsequently tried to figure out a For Cause reason.

My question is what happens to the millions of dollars already collected from the tariffs if the SCOTUS rules they were collected illegally?
Will the money have to be refunded to whoever collected the tariff funds?
It'll probably be like any other big corporate lawsuit. Lawyers get $100s of millions and affected will get $10.

Trump tariffs are in response to grossly unfair trade practices.
Exactly
We cannot compete if they do not have to follow our burdensome regulations and taxes.
quote:
The founding fathers started this country in response to overburdening tariffs from the British crown.
The founding fathers were interested in growing this country. Not shipping our industries and jobs overseas.
We regulate our companies to death then let them go to countries who do not care about DEI, pollution, HR, slave labor etc. It makes no sense. Because we do that the field needs to be levelled with tariffs.
Regulation and Taxes are Tarriffs on our own companies.
