You are entitled to your beliefs but why do y’all always find it necessary to inform everyone that you’re an atheist?

So far everything is going accordingly. Sugery to be about 3-3:30.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It’s really uplifting!

One of my best friends brother had juvenile diabetes. He ended up going blind from it. He got a kidney transplant and since that time has regained his sight, got married and has 2 kids with a good job. Good luck to your son and the surgeons!

All the best to your son for a smoother operation and transition to transplant recipient.

Good lord. OP gets one downvote?

I hope that was a fat misguided thumb, and I hope the thumb was properly shamed by its owner.

Great to hear. I’m a praying man and said a little prayer for your son’s surgery and recovery. Keep us posted about the results and progress.

Best of luck. Having been on dialysis for all of his life must be a difficult thing for him as well as you. Here's hoping the match is accepted by his body in a great way.

Prayed for your son’s healing and recovery and his body’s acceptance of the new kidneys.

Prayed for the donor family as well. Let everything glorify God in the end.
