Cheers to an "alright guy". He was one of a kind. A true trubador.
It's a great locals place with a deck overlooking the boil station. Fried seafood is on point. The bar pours a proper drink and they are also the official crawfish boilers of jazz fest. Also the chef /owner James is a great guy all around.
Fat in most ways is good for you. Fat combined with carbs is not. Best to drain excessive amounts. I also consider oil settling on top of a dish to be pedestrian:)
I know 3 people that lived in that banger at different times. Enjoyed my lil hippe enclave right across the street.
Makes me crazy how many cool old model Tacomas I have seen trucked out west like this. My favorite was a box truck with a Tacoma hanging out the back, towing another box truck with another tacoma AND an Alumacraft hanging out the back. To top off the hazzard, we are towing one more tacoma (packed full of shite) pulling a boat trailer(no boat) packed with more garbage. I don't particularly enjoy comfortable road trips, can't imagine driving that lead truck with no ac from one end of I-10 to the other.
Athletes wear compression clothing for several reasons, anti chafing being one of them. I have worked long days in humid south louisiana kitchens my whole life. A clean arse and a pair of compression boxers are the only preventative I have found. Once you ride that corn starch pony, it's already too late.
I mean, I will eat Dearmans but I'm not sure its possible to make a burger with less seasoning.
Time to expand your circle of friends. You need a hood buddy.
Birria, mole, Verde or burgundy style just for a few ideas. Something with a heavily spiced base to mask the game.
Buddy of mine was Pauleys bassist. It is indeed just a silly act. The irony is all those old dudes are very talented musicians. Also not sure what happened, but he left the band and has been shitposting about Pauley since??
May I suggest for char siu, use pork sirloin, or shoulder cap. Loin is too lean imo for the recipe.

I have been told by some maui fishermen the action is much better near molokai and especially big island. Would love to hear if you find someone on Maui that can put you on em.

Super fresh cod is delicious. Frozen cod can be goodish. If you want to try cod for the first time hold out for the good stuff. Your best chance is probably whole foods.
The bearings or the tire weight are a good place to start. You could also check for a bubble in the tire. They start with a noise then wobble as they get worse.
Your "friend" can go frick himself right off of a cliff for driving with no insurance. I have no pitty for his selfish arse.

From what I was once told they are simply too expensive to produce and market in viable amounts.
Was rear ended in a hit and run 3 weeks ago. Car totalled. Twas a young schollar on his way to class in a borrowed car belonging to his auntie with a suspended license and no insurance. No clue what or if the insurance company or cops will do to them, but I plan to sue them personally and otherwise make their lives hell for as long as possible.
I am fully aware the baw sector finds that vehicle to be a clown car. thankfully I am confident in my penis size and i like a good warranty.
