May I suggest for char siu, use pork sirloin, or shoulder cap. Loin is too lean imo for the recipe.

Super fresh cod is delicious. Frozen cod can be goodish. If you want to try cod for the first time hold out for the good stuff. Your best chance is probably whole foods.

Was rear ended in a hit and run 3 weeks ago. Car totalled. Twas a young schollar on his way to class in a borrowed car belonging to his auntie with a suspended license and no insurance. I have called 10 companies looking for a quote on a 12 yd. load of limestone for a driveway in EBR. The only one to respond quoted me 1,400. is this fair pricing or do one of you fine people know the number of a guy that doesn't need to pay his mortgage with one load of rocks? Thanks in advance.
