205 to 170 in about 6 months. Gave myself gallstones in the process.

I'm a cheapskate on clothes. I ain't trying to impress anyone. That was 2 pairs of pants, a pair of jeans and 1 shirt

I could replace my entire closet with $500 (but not my shoe collection.)

That’s not cheapskate.

Went from 210 to 183, then got a job working nights so didn't hit the gym for a while but continued to lose weight. Went from 183 to 161. This was from Feb 2010 to around November 2010.

420 lbs - 310lbs over the past two years. Still working on it but it doesn't come off as easy as it once did.

110lbs total

Took about a year, but lost somewhere in the range of 70-75. That was about 6 years ago. The weight is still off.

I find it takes more effort to keep it off than it did to lose it honestly

I went from 220 to about 200 in the 3 week stretch after Harvey hit just from working on my house and not eating right, if at all. I am back up to about 210 now and my strength didn't really drop off much, even though I didn't hit the gym at all for about 2 of those weeks.

I really want to diet down to 200 and nail the 600 pound dead I have been trying to hit all year. Doing 3 times my body weight on a deadlift would be probably my biggest gym accomplishment.

In 2009 I went from 245(fat) to 181(skinny fat)

At 181 I got serious about lifting heavy. Right now I'm around 235 and only gained one pants size. When I see pictures from before, it reminds me how far I've come.

Was up to 223lbs at 27 years old after being mostly 170-175 during HS and college

Got down to 145 and then started bulking. Now up to 163 lbs at 5'10.5

So, 80lbs in total and have kept it off

Almost me to a T. I started at 218 in February and I am down to 202 this morning. I am stronger than before and have much more energy. I want to get down to 190 keeping my lift numbers the same.

50 pounds in the last 5 1/2 months, first of June I was 275 this morning I weighed in at 225. The 275 was the result of a year long not so clean bulk, I got a lot stronger but the extra weight wasn’t worth it. Another 20-25 pounds to go.
