My oldest brother chose his wife and her family over his own. Has been that way since they got married in 06. He’s been in Hawaii for the past decade. I was there for 10 days and saw him and his family for less than 2 hours. I’ve come to terms with it. He will not be in my wedding and may not even show up if I’m honest. Live your life. They make their own choices.
$35 haircut and $10 beard trim. Go every 3 weeks or so.

Howl at the Moon if you’ve never been. Dueling piano bar. Spent Halloween night there. Had a blast.

To be fair…the lane marks are not visible when wet. I’ve never seen anything like it and I’ve lived all over the country.

The driving with hazards on is infuriating.

I believe the official term is ‘donation’. At least it’s tax exempt.
I don’t think I’ve ever dated a girl taller than me. I’m in the 99th height percentile though so we’d make fantastic offensive linemen.
I haven’t been considered ‘short’ since probably 7th grade. Should probably ask Mingo if we’re being honest.

I got some Sonoma chinos from Kohl’s this week. They’re fantastic.

I’ve found that honesty goes a long way in building relationships. Have a failure? Own it and prevent it in the future. Don’t have a service/product the client needs? Tell them and see if you can acquire it.

People can tell the phonies instantly.

ETA: don’t just talk work. Know them, their family, their life.

I don’t think there’s a single answer to this thread, but I do think you can’t ask for more than you deserve. If you’ve kept yourself chaste and dedicated and find a similar women or man, that’s amazing. If you slept with any willing body for years and suddenly wake up and realize your mistake you need to understand how to forgive yourself and a partner and hopefully find someone who can grow in life with you despite your scars.

This post hit home. I’ll readily admit that in my younger years I made choices that were not great. My current SO knows all of my past, and we have grown to understand that the past is the past. But our future is more important.

Her body count is 2. Mine is closer to 50. I don’t deserve her but am grateful every day that she’s shown grace and understanding for my life experience. I’ll be popping the question in 2 weeks and hope to have her for the rest of my life.
I’m starting a new job on Monday after 10 months of not working. I’m both excited and scared of what the daily will look like.

2019 1500 Rebel with ~130k miles on it and no issues whatsoever. It’s driven across the entire country and smooth as silk.

Yup. That’s the best advice anyone can have when backing up a trailer.
