An appliance is a waste if it's used once or twice a year. We cook rice almost twice a week. I'm using a rice cooker. You hit an button and walk away.

Listed above is the reason we didn't easily win the game. Discipline is more important than talent. We don't have the discipline. We're constantly out of position, missing easy plays etc...

I'm not reading through 2 pages to see if this was addressed, but I think you are missing the point of the post. Nuss was supposed to be our guy. We have been seeing him on the sidelines for 3 years waiting his turn. One of those years he had a Heisman winning QB right in front of him. We all expected great play after his year 4 come out. It was a huge let down as he just doesn't have it, so naturally the tide has turned on him. Jennings, Harris, or Etling never had this amount of hopeful pressure.

How do you search for an AD? What pops out on a resume that says "Yes, this is our guy!" Championships tied to their hire? Donor money going from A to B? Facilities upgrades? What is it? I just feel like it's a weird odd melt to be this butt hurt over an AD hire. Guy that played football at LSU and has been in the athletic department for 24 years. If any slow ones don't understand that, that means he's been here throughout all 3 of our latest national football championships and 3 of baseballs. What's everyone mad about?

If you're ever mad that "your team" wins, you need to evaluate your fandom. Would be pretty weird to be pissed LSU beats Bama after cheering for the team since birth.

That press conference he had was the first time I heard Landry speak. Didn't realize he sounded like we rode in on an alligator. But he truly loves that he has access that he does now. Like he knows he can just go anywhere now. Probably a life ling LSU fan, and now he can just go hang and be around the football team whenever he wants. He's loving this. That's the vibe I get. So of course he's going to put his 2 cents in. FWIW I voted for him, its just wild to see how he conducts himself.

30k or the Google searched 350k jobs. A 10% cut is significant, but if a billion dollar company is cutting 30k jobs, either you were not very good, or you weren't really needed and a computer can do your job by itself.

People keep repeating this over and over. As I agree his name is on the contract, but without donor support, do any of these massive contracts get the ok? People fire from the hip constantly in this league, and those two hires just were not good. On paper, both those coaches looked like they could make it happen, but at the end of the day they could not. And I do agree he has to take the lick for this hire. But to put all the blame on one guy is a wild thing in my opinion.

Yes, the football coach was a tremendous fail, but he has 3 other national championships under his belt. Football is the money maker and the big dog, but baseball is making huge strides. He needs to hit a homerun for football now, and men's basketball next. You can't just fire him after 1 coach fails.

Had a buddy that worked at the distribution warehouse in Baton Rouge as a supervisor not long ago. The stories I heard, everyone of those MFs need to be replaced. You can imagine the workforce that was "employed". Go on a break to never show back up to work. Late every morning. Come to work smelling straight weed. The expected throughput compared to the actual throughput was about 10%. So yea a lot of those idiots can not even do a mundane job like putting boxes on a fricking truck.

The fact that they even found a brain tumor, LSU should be thanked. If this were any one of us normal folk, a brain tumor would have been found 6 months later. He had signs of vertigo, a very common issue. He is a football player getting hit in the helmet everyday. No one was suspecting a tumor. I hate this money grab slandering that the dad has done every chance he can get. Next thing you know, BK is going to get blamed by the Lacy family.
