re: Taking pre workout dry - BlackPot
Some of the comments in here are pretty wild. Weird for taking a preworkout? I take preworkout dry. It's not to look cool. It's 3:45 in the morning, I don't want to wash another gd cup. Instructions on my pre are 1 scoop to 4oz water. I usually take about 3/4 of a scoop with a couple big gul...

re: Moving a fence - BlackPot
I don't think there is any moving of brick pillars happening. Even if possible, I just imagine the integrity of the pillar going to shite if they were able to be moved. Just sleep on it if 7 extra feet is worth it....

re: I need some kitchen remodel ideas... can you guys give any suggestions? - BlackPot
Go full HGTV. open that wall up to the living room. I'm not a fan of the peninsula, so I'd scrap that. Like previous post said, counter depth fridge to get some more room....

re: Should we build are buy an Remodel - BlackPot
From the little I know, if you're doing a huge remodel, it can become a major money pit. If you want to budget 100K, then get ready to drop 150-200. Kinda all on you and the wife. Build exactly what you want, or remodel and pretty much get what you want....

re: What is the future of Windows? - BlackPot
Would we all have to shift to Mac OS or Linux
You fell on your head? You think a billion dollar company is just gonna say, "Eh, we've had enough". Windows 10 is constantly rolling out new versions of 10. That's why you don't see the big service packs anymore. It's just a consta...

re: Tankless Water Heater - Yes or no? - BlackPot
I wanted tankless really bad for my new house, but I don't have natural gas in my area. I really didn't want to worry about messing with a propane tank. And I hear stay away from all electric. So I just did a tank....

re: Is gap insurance on a used vehicle a rip off? - BlackPot
If you aren't upside down and you're buying something that wont depreciate too bad, you'll be ok without it. If you are on the border or upside now, then consider it. Never know what can happen....

re: Which of these projects would you prioritize? - BlackPot
Wood prices won't stay this high forever, hold off on the items with items with higher wood prices
IDK why people think this. Everyone is still buying expensive lumber. They're not dropping anytime soon. Question for OP, I'll think of it in a different way. Plan on staying ...

re: I’m watching Firefly - BlackPot
my wife forced me to sit through it more or less. I just scrolled TD the whole time.
Love when guys say this to make it seem like they're hard asses. My wife had it on so I watched it with her. Didn't put too much stock into it, but I didn't find it to be terrible....

re: Lift kit baws. - BlackPot
Rough Country is an ok lift. I don't think I'd use them for more than a leveling kit. It's the Great Value version of all the kits. With a 6", you'll have more fender gap. Just depends if you want that or not. I'm more of a tucked in look....

re: Construction loans. - BlackPot
Have to be very careful. In some areas the house won't appraise for what it costs to build due to labor and material prices right now. A friend's framing bid was $40k higher than expected.
We got super lucky with our appraisal. Came back almost $100k over what we needed to borrow...

re: Epoxy floors in living area - BlackPot
I have a buddy who did his after his house flooded. It's been 5 years or so. They look ok. Prep work was not done well, so it bubbled in some spots. Now they look like concrete floors. Not shiny too much anymore. Has 2 dogs so I get it. Just like any type of floor like that, you'll have to do...
