Mixture of the legacy anti-vax crowd for autism reasons and the largest influx of immigrants carrying disease. Anti-vax was fine when the rest of the population was clean, but now that isn’t the case.

Guaranteed there are nearly zero American citizens in that number of measles cases. The number is almost entirely illegals and in those groups.
