That would work, as a truck, for 95% of the people who use a truck.

It would easily and comfortably pull my bass boat.

That storage bay is pretty sweet. I'd drive one in a heartbeat. I have no use for a full sized truck and I'm not the type who needs a big vehicle to consider myself a man.

this is quite the statement in advance of someone potentially making fun of you if you were to own a 2024 Ridgeline

A minivan accomplishes 99% of what most truck owners need as well.

I want to like this, but it still has the same mini-van front end of the last model. I thought they were going to update the front like the new Pilot?!? That looks good.
This truck fits most of my needs but I can’t stand that old front end.

Kind of looks like an older 2015ish Frontier.

Yes, they are awesome. Best mid-sized truck out there, if towing capacity is not most important thing to you. That is the only drawback I can identify. To each their own on style. I think it looks great.

I'm on my second Ridgeline. First was 2006 and after 250M mechanical free miles I traded it in on a 2017 Ridgeline. The AWD, Torque control, two way tail gate, and in bed trunk with drain are awesome. The most quiet and comfortable truck I've owned. I've owned Ford, Chevy, and Jeep, and Honda beats all. Well made.

They are all the same platform. The Ridgeline has a semi box frame addition to the platform. Still considered unibody.

And oil consumption, and eventually, a piston/ring job on the engine.

When Honda introduced the Ridgeline, their main mistake was making it FWD with 4WD option rather than primary RWD. That is enough to turn off any truck owner. It also wasn't very attractive.

I like how they show this truck doing manly things like carrying dirt bikes and fording rivers, when in reality the most it will do is carry potted plants from Home Depot.

Well it is literally a re-bodied Honda Odyssey Mini-van...

Exactly. If I had a need to tow things I would drive a different vehicle. But it's perfect for my needs as a daily driver.

That is the new front end just like the pilot. More upright grille than the previous model
