74 F set point and RH stays around 55%. Ours is a 2 stage unit and rarely does the second stage come on. With a single stage running it runs longer which lowers humidity.

In a Vita Mix blender we add 1 large can of frozen lime aid, fill that empty can 3/4 full of tequila and add, fill that empty can 1/3 full of triple sec and add, add 2 trays of ice, and pulverize to a slush.

Our 1977 GE refrigerator (47 years) is still going strong (knock on wood). Replaced a fan motor 10 yrs ago. No ice maker. We keep a bucket in the top freezer and fill it up every night from 4 ice trays.

We cut up the bones with a hedge clipper, add all the skins along with onions, jalapeno, and other vegies into a pressure cooker (8Qts) and cook at15 psig (= 250 deg F) for 2 hrs.
