Carry minimum liability
You must not value your home, savings accounts, or wages, which can all be garnished should you end up on the wrong end of a PI laswuit.
Carrying minimum liability is laughably stupid.
I appreciate your sage advice on your high mileage Tundra in other threads (I own a 2018 myself) but you are dead wrong in this case.

This is a pretty shitty deal about being President.
You're aware of the disruption and attention any visit you would make would entail so it's likely best for the event he probably doesn't attend.
I don't think people understand the sacrifice, and he certainly doesn't need the job.

Now, people are rightfully scared after a mass murder. I have no idea from here what the appetite is in the short term for people to go back on the street.
Well both our President and Bibi stated very clearly in the beginning of the war that the Iranian populace was supposed to stay sheltered until given the green light from the US/Israel.
I hope there is a bigger plan in place, and I'll sing the praises if that happens and the IRGC goes down.
I don't see how this ends without further military escalation.

Oil won't plummet as fast as some expect in that case. It will take a few months for the logistics to work themselves out and for Middle Eastern infrastructure to be re-built and there will be a premium that will continue to be paid for access to easy, safe American barrels.
I'd say the opposite is true if there isn't a full surrender from the IRGC. IE the market instability will continue.
Some kind of half-baked compromise isn't going to cut it with this radical regime.
I fear that Trump values "making a deal" more than he values following through 100%.
That doesn't make me a "Panican" as the actions speak louder than words.
I honestly don't know how the young man's father could prevent himself from killing the perp who is walking free now.
That is a gross miscarriage of justice.

What we need is a less expensive and more efficient way of dealing with an enemy that flies $1000 drones using X-Box controllers and attacks $2.5 billion guided missile destroyers with boats that any old baw can purchase from Bass Pro.
Where do these direct energy weapons supposedly fit in?
Several message from POTUS state that we have "Direct Energy Dominance" and pictures of targets being blown out of the sky by lasers from space and ships.
More bluster or real world working weapons?

His power plant and bridge day threat didn’t work and he doesn’t want to follow through on it.
I think it served its purpose, which has basically proven that Iran isn't serious about real negotiations, regardless of the threat. We don't necessarily have to disable their utility infrastructure either and from the enemy's perspective, Trump has been all over the place so they likely have no clue what is going to happen next, and where.
From a strategy standpoint it's not a terrible place to be, but I agree with most that the time for talk is pretty much over.
Just from looking at the picture it seems both chairs are the same height relative to the table.
It's pretty clear Trump is sitting on the front edge of the chair and hunched forward. It's pretty common for him.
There's lots to be mad at China about, this isn't it.

My question too! I hate the computer check so if that is still required we have no real gain here
Yeah as vehicles age it's a constant battle fighting the check engine light.
Many times the codes don't really affect how the vehicle runs, it's just an emissions sensor code. Most vehicles if you reset it, it throws a "not ready" code so you can't pass the emissions test either.
There is a reason mechanics call it "the money light".

In BR and other Parishes with the EPA mandate, you will have a “registration tag” and an “emissions tag”.
So in BR, what is the penalty for not having the "emissions tag".
If you get caught up in one of these "safety checkpoints" and have the QR code like you're supposed to, but no emissions sticker there is a separate ticket for that?

Any thoughts on why we are waiting and have been waiting on finishing off what military assets Iran and their proxies have left?
I have no clue.
Need to kill off IRGC leadership until there are replacements who are willing to fully surrender.
This isn't an issue of restraint or patience, it's following through and finishing what was started after we stirred up the hornet's nest.

What's to prevent these particles from migrating back down into the air we breathe?
Huge plans like this that are essentially irreversible are a bad idea.
The used tire reefs off the Florida coast come to mind. It was a huge clusterfrick and still is. LINK

One C17 Loadmaster that I'm aware of ... arrived a day in advance, full of vehicles. Tons of Chinese turned out to see it.
I thought for sure some other support planes arrived last week sometime also in preparation for the visit, maybe some support vehicles were in that group also.
I'm sure it's a logistical feat and most vehicles need a spare also.

Mazda CX5 has a 2.5 motor, a real transmission, and comes standard with AWD no matter what the trim is. Plus is made in Japan
The CVT in the Subaru would steer me away from it for long term reliability.
Only downside to the Mazda CX-5 is the Direct Injection which would require some intake cleaning service along the way but so far has not been seen as a failure point.

Iran has regained access to most of its missile sites, launchers and underground facilities.
Funny, they sure don't seem to be using them to respond to attacks from UAE, SA, and the US?
If they have all of this capability, it seems they would be putting it to use.
The violent crime and thuggery in BR is not something a summer jobs program can fix.
Need to lock up the criminals, and keep them locked up, if they can't behave like decent citizens.
The revolving door justice system is the real problem.

If he’s that pissed off maybe he should have Saudi’s military actually fight instead of relying on us.
Fair point.
But Israel and the US pulled the trigger here so....
I get both sides but the US can't just stir up the hornet's nest and then start playing the role of Switzerland.
I'll be so happy when this creepy arse clown is relegated to the dustbin of political history...

In the long run I think the IRGC will make this decision for us.
The hardliners don't want to give up and there appears to be enough of them still alive where they are still pulling the levers within Iran.
