Always thought Locker was overrated coming out of Washington. Great athlete had all the physical measurables but I always thought as QB he was ordinary.
He had two games against Nebraska his senior year where he combined to go 9-36 for like 125 yards. Locker was the worst parts of Anthony Richardson except he had 4 years of experience.

Locker was overrated but had skills. That said Washington was absolutely horse shite during his time there.

Mike Williams from USC is another case, not helped by him taking a year off due to stupidly declaring in the short period between Maurice Clarett winning a case with the NFL and that case getting reversed.
Granted, getting drafted by the Lions was a kiss of death anyway.

Vic Beasley
Disappointed with the way his career turned out.
Dude gave absolutely zero fricks about football. He stated multiple times that he wanted to open a big megachurch and be a pastor. That was the very wrong thing for him to say because he opened himself up to the obvious jokes about having to work on Sundays.
IMO, Beasley is one of the reasons that NFL people don't trust Clemson coaches when they ask about their players.

Matt Lienart deserves mention in this thread. He stuck around as a back-up, so I think he escapes the biggest bust conversations but he was a top 10 pick and came with much hype based on college production and prototypical size and he completely failed to even remotely live up to the hype.

Pretty sure he’s been mentioned half dozen times at least

Barkevious Mingo (by his position standards, still had long career)
Jake Locker
Christian Ponder
Dillion the tackle the Eagles drafted
Vernon Hargreaves
Corey Coleman
Basically any first round receiver in 2016 busted
