Used to go there in early 80s when I was 16-17. Never got carded. Had never heard of Long Island Ice Tea before then. It was awesome. Don’t remember ever eating there - just drinking.

I bought a couple of those Christmas Wishbooks from the 70s off of eBay some years ago. Perfect condition. Flip thru them occasionally and laugh.

Watch Band of Brothers. A limited series, not a movie. Lots of good recs in the thread, but an obscure one, and relatively more recent is When Trumpets Fade.
