After last week's incident. ..I understand the odds. Otherwise, even despite the crappy year, he gets a 4th year at minimum

Why is Fitzgerald on this list at all?
He names his time at NW, who else would want that job or to follow the legend. That program dies when he leaves.

As much fun as it is to watch the Aggies lose, I think it would be better for LSU if they went on a little 3 game winning streak with Weigman looking good. They lose to LSU, but the Aggie faithful have renewed confidence in Jimbo. Then we get to do it all over again next year.

Should have jumped to the NFL when he was a hot commodity and they came calling.

Surprised he's not higher at this point. 3-5 in year 4 and likely to miss a bowl again, based on their remaining schedule.

He hasn't been able to get WVU over the hump, and with the conference about to expand, I think he's in bigger trouble than Jimbo or Shaw.

NIL and transfer portal really hurts the Stanfords and Northwesterns imo. Those schools are not going to play the NIL game and it's hard to get transfers.

Venables goes well before Fisher.

Mel Tucker will be the next to get the ax.

FSU is a drastically improved team compared to when Norvell took over, and he had to clean up the mess left behind by Jimbo and made 10x worse by Taggart.

This

Whoever took over was going to get time to clean up the mess that was inherited. Norvell has done a nice job cleaning up the program

Honestly, I would be surprised if either one of these guys get fired. Both are first year with their program. While Miami and OU have been disappointing, I just don’t seeing those schools giving up after one year. Both do have a top ten recruiting class so far according to rivals.

Seems like a pretty mild year for coaching changes. I don’t think jimbo is going anywhere. Only one that could get interesting is if auburn goes rogue and hires freeze, petrino, or poaches kiffin. No other big time jobs look to be vacant.

I’ll take a long shot on Saban retirement to really shake things up.
