Physically, yes. But as book reader, he is more Reacher personality wise than Alan. Alan is too brooding and serious. Reacher in the books is a confidant smart arse who is laid back and intelligent. Alan's version is more machine like....

As a young LSUPERMAN, I remember wanting that car so bad! It was such a awesome looking car. Then the topless scene popped up (along with something else) and I forgot all about that car. lol.
Wasn't this movie originally PG and retroactively made it PG-13?...
