Nobody is writing an $85M check for a guy not to coach.

I'll take Neal Brown. I've only seen WVU twice this year but Brown single-handedly blew both of those games

Has anybody been fired after 1 season without committing a felony or lewd act? I don’t see it.

I can't see even Aggie paying that kind of buyout. They are stuck with him

I agree. I hope this is the case as he makes me feel comfortable. No one is more likely to frick up his “top class” than Jimbo. I love that he’s an insecure mess and isn’t likely to allow change.

I have to believe that Aggie will spend a considerable amount of money trying to quietly see if they can get some dirt and fire for cause.

There’s no question if he had a traditional contract he would have been fired.

There's no way he's getting fired. It's absurd that he's even on this list. I think he's a mediocre coach, but you gotta give him time to recruit his own players.

A bunch of sucker bets on that list.

He needs to suck it up and make some major staff changes.

Frankly, I'm of the opinion Hankwitz retiring as DC is showing who really made them a tougher out than they should have been.

I think Jimbo will buy some time by pointing to the number of true freshmen they played this season. Plus I just can’t see them dropping $85 million to buy him out, another god knows how much to buy out the rest of his staff, and then turning around and spending what it would take to hire a top level coach and assistants to replace them all.
