I can't see even Aggie paying that kind of buyout. They are stuck with him

Should have happened a few years ago. This has gotten stale.

Wholeheartedly believe this is his final season there.

Pat Fitzgerald (Northwestern) 12/1
Ken Niumatalolo (Navy) 16/1

Neither will get fired, but it's probably time for a change at both, especially Navy. Their option offense has been declining for several years now and Ken has been there for 15 seasons.

Would probably be in more trouble than we think if the two guys paying his contract are having buyer's remorse.

I haven't kept up with Miami, but seeing Cristobal on there is surprising.

I don't think Jimbo gets fired this year, I think it will be next year. And immediately after that, Texas will fire Sark in an effort to eliminate the possibility of A&M getting a better coach than they have.

Norvell at Florida state isn’t even cracking 50/1? am I missing something about his body of work? I know Florida state has lost a lot of close games, but it’s year three and I felt like Florida state should be farther along than how they looked against lsu

They have double digit home losses to Duke and Middle Tennessee State. It took them four overtimes to score 14 points against Virginia. Miami is a bad football team and it was hilarious to see everyone hype Cristobal as the man who is going to bring back DA U!

FSU is a drastically improved team compared to when Norvell took over, and he had to clean up the mess left behind by Jimbo and made 10x worse by Taggart.

They’ll probably let Jimbo bring in a high end OC once he inevitably butts heads with that guy and the offense tanks, then they’ll fire him

fricking Mel Tucker…the clowns that wanted him for the LSU job

There's no way he's getting fired. It's absurd that he's even on this list. I think he's a mediocre coach, but you gotta give him time to recruit his own players.

He would have checked a box that is important to some. That’s partly why he was mentioned and maybe even contacted. Thankfully, Woodward was allowed to do his job and hire the coach he wanted.

If they lose out except for UMass I don’t see how they can justify keeping him.

Aggies have the money for the buyout. The problem is who will they get? I’d have to assume nobody at AM will want a huge buyout and long term contract this go round.
