Johnson lives in a very nice but modest home off of Highland. Mulkey is off of Lee in a nice home. Seems the new coaches target area is a little bit different. Riley could go to hide out in Laurel Lakes next to Spencer Callahan and have a quick 5 minute drive to football ops with no traffic.

I saw the Baylor football equipment truck at a UClub home packing it up 1-2 months after Aranda accepted the job.

kiwi i was thinking the same thing (although i don’t think the toy was filmed there) someone bought it and really fixed it up in 90s. With Baton Rouge traffic he was to be on lakes, highland road, or something within 2 miles.

None of my neighbors ever listed their houses or put up signs etc and we will not either. We will just tell a few people, neighbors, realtors etc we are downsizing. It would never show up on MLS. They will do the same thing. You can do that in a good market. I give it to you for 2 million today. (lol).

Woodward should already have a few empty nest people who will sell for right price in mind. Also that way no one can ever look it all up.

Yes, Aranda lived in UClub. As did Johnny Jones, F. King Alexander, Joe Aleva(all the greats). James Cregg, Beth Torina, Coach O, among others currently live there.

Is laurel lakes the gated part in back of river bend? That’s where I’d go

There used to be a 3 acre estate on a peninsula that I always thought was ideal....it's where The Toy was filmed.

The Toy was filmed at a house on Old Perkins.

You drive out of BR and buy yourself a big piece of property and have a custom home built.

While I agree those areas are nice, Prairieville is just fine too.

There's a 5 acre lot on Highland. Has a house on it, but it's not really up to standard for the area. That's what I'd buy if I were making 12 per. Custom build myself a home. Would probably never be ready in time thougj.

This one would be my top choice. Looking at real estate sites, there are not a lot of good options in the $1M range on the market right now.

This one in UClub is nice as well. But after those 2 properties, the pickings are pretty slim in BR.

I prefer the Lakes/Steele Blvd/Bocage/University Acres to CCLA/Uclub, but there aren't any particularly nice properties in those neighborhoods on the market right now.
