Does not matter. Intercoastal is a nightmare and it's won't ever get better until there is a new bridge close to the plants

Get on realtor.com and search for houses $2,000,000 and up in Baton Rouge. There’s only a handful available.

Some buy bigger houses not in uclub, but eventually with the amount of time they spend on campus, some end up there because of the ease of the commute

Nick was on Highland close to campus
Why is this not the correct answer?

They’ll build a compound for him on the hayfield lot for proximity to the facility.

Maybe Woodward's booster checkbook is big enough to include convincing a homeowner who had no intentions of selling their house...to find something else because the LSU coach's wife wants theirs.

F that. I'd rather deal with the lost cause than 50+ miles of I-12 everyday

honestly its passed time for LSU just buy a coaches mansion just off campus and it only comes with the job as a loner
then rehab it after each new coach is hired

If I were a coach I would buy a house on the lakes. There used to be a 3 acre estate on a peninsula that I always thought was ideal....it's where The Toy was filmed.

We would have had to burn it with fire after Orgeron.

Yeah I would live in Mandeville and commute via small plane or helicopter to LSU each day.

I thought The Toy was filmed at a house off of Old Perkins (not far from Blue Bayou)?

UClub has been the neighborhood of choice for coaches/AD for the past decade or so. Easy commute down Nicholson.

Everybody has their price.
Isn’t that what this coaching change is all about?
