We do hip hemiarthroplastys under spinal if the patient is too fragile to receive medication for intubation. Femoral nails too. Its not uncommon, just depends on the patient’s situation

I’m just curious how accurate these retirement calculators are. I’ve put in my retirement accounts and average 6 to 8% over the next 20 years and it still blows my mind. How accurate are these things?
