HE was in 36th place of men’s division. SHE was in 1st of women’s. They were trying to let her run thru the tape as the women’s winner. He should have gone to his right and avoided the tape so she could cross in the tape. He is either ignorant of marathons or as arse.

So story is that this is her first win going into the Boston Marathon. This was his first Marathon. The whole time they were neck and neck until the last stretch he sprints out past her like most runners would do. He didn't realize that the tape was for the Women's Winner, understandably due to mental exhaustion. Unfortunately the 2 fat arse yokels couldn't move the tape quick enough.

Unfortunate for her, she lashed out and it made it on video. But the organizers did let her re-run that stretch so she can have her "moment".
