#11 will do it at least 5 times alone. He was subbed on for 15 minutes in their last match and spent most of that time on the ground.

You say intent is irrelevant…but a headbutt to the face is a 100% a red card. But guys are headbutted in the face all the time when they win a header and the other player is late….and that’s never a red.
So obviously there is some level of intent. Again the euros act like there’s these immutable rules…but they’re inconsistently applied all the time.
