One of the craziest seasons I’ve ever seen based on the results.
I think he has a great argument for top 3. What he’s done at Indiana is arguably more impressive than anything any other coach has done.

Doesn’t mean he’s the best coach, but I do think he’s pulled off the most impressive feat of any current head coaches.

I think Dripping absolutely rolled them in the regular season, right?
If there's 7 seconds left, everybody knows it's the right call. I don't know why it's a significantly better call with 5 seconds left to do the opposite. If someone can explain the benefits of that, I'll listen to it. I just don't know what they are.

I'm not sure how that applies to my post

How you getting that 2nd score when time expired with the kick?

How are you doing it the other way? Again, with 5 seconds it's nearly impossible for either to happen. But, I've seen a 40 yard kick occur in 4 seconds. I've never seen a TD occur in that time.

Kicking that field goal as time expired was a head scratcher though

You need two scores (FG & TD) to win.

A FG takes less time than a pass or run, which is why it is the smart play in that situation. There just wasn’t quite enough time for it to work but it is absolutely the correct football play.
Not to play devil’s advocate here, but I don’t think I’d love if the conference I’m a member in for 90% of my sports and I bring a shite ton of money to, spent its last 3 weeks bashing on me at every opportunity.

That being said, they wouldn’t have done it if Notre Dame was in the conference for football so :dunno:

I don't think Ohio State would care if they were 3?

I don’t think they’d care either, but it’s absolutely bizarre to me to have a 12-1 conference champion in the SEC behind an 12-1 conference runner-up. Harder SOS.

Georgia has 4 top 25 wins and I believe OSU has 2. 3 top 15 wins to 1. 2 top 10 wins to 0.

Greater margin of victory over the same opponent.

It makes no sense whatsoever.

I think it worked out fine for us, but it really makes no sense.

wtf are the Raiders doing Why kick a fg

I didn’t hate the play. Need two scores. FG, then onside and Hail Mary is the only chance to win.

It’s just not really doable with 5 seconds and a 40+ yard FG

Kmet was open early there too.
Why would Caleb not run for the first down there?
It very much bothers me when announcers don’t know basic rules. They were talking about the Raiders/Broncos onside kick going 10 yards, but not mentioning that if the receiving team touches the ball that it doesn’t have to go 10 yards.
The roughing the snapper followed by the missed hold on the toss would be a frustrating look if I were a ravens fan.
I honestly blame these reporters for asking these dumbass questions about the playoffs

One of the funnier things I’ve ever seen. Learned from Mack Brown at Texas I would guess
Duke is one of the worst tackling teams I’ve ever seen in a conference championship game
The Duke WR got absolutely run over there. Should have been illegal contact and offsetting.
