I’ll pull hard for Norway though. 19 year old is currently over there on a University of Alabama course and is currently seeking a bar to watch the game. She had no luck finding a Norway jersey though.

I think it would be fantastic if Mexico loses their game

Best matchday so far

Brazil.

taking the opposite.

Gone back and forth on the Brazil game but I want to root for Norway. Don’t want to root for Mexico but their form this calendar year plus playing at Azteca though means another early exit for England. Happy there won’t be another game in Mexico regardless of outcome

An England win might take both teams out the tournament.

Because they may not make it out the stadium healthy enough to continue playing.

Definitely watching on Telemundo

That's actually a good idea for the Mexico game and I'm fixing to do that as well

I've watched every game on Telemundo on Peacock except for the France game today which I watched on Fox at my dad's.

Every one should start watching the Telemundo broadcasts. Much better production than fox and the announcers actually make the games more entertaining. I don't speak a word of Spanish, but they keep me intrigued.

Realized that Fox doesn't post which colors each team is wearing like on Telemundo and they don't show a stoppage clock, just the graphic of the game clock stuck on 90 and a +whatever the added time is.

Telemundo has a clock running showing the stoppage time as it progresses.

Also hydration break doesn't cut to commercial. They run highlights instead

Telemundo is the superior broadcast

Awesome slate of games. Pulling hard for Norway and not as hard for England.

My favorite thing about the Spanish speaking announcers is the “si señor” they always say after the ref makes a decision.

Should be some absolute bangers today. Norway and Brazil should be a high scoring thriller. As much as I dislike Man City, I really enjoy watching Haaland and want him to get back up there in the golden boot race.

For the life of me, I absolutely HATE to pull for England on July 4th weekend, but frick MEXICO. An England win will make their fans even more insufferable than they already are. They are quite literally the soccer version of Dallas cowboys fans. Every year is "their year" and haven't really accomplished shite in decades.

Oh and frick MEXICO.

don't remember all the games off the top of my head, but I took off work last Monday to watch them.

The scenes at this Mexico England game will be unreal though.

Fox started doing this yesterday for the Round of 16.
