Second random fatal stabbing in the city in the last two or three weeks. At least the current mayor is supportive of the police department, unlike his predecessor who is now running for governor.
My guess is that this animal, as with so many others, should have been locked up but was released by a bleeding heart judge. The scary thing is several left leaning Fulton County judges just lost reelection and are being replaced by full on Marxist judges.

I'll say this. They got good food

Every single day there is something to do in ATL proper or one of the suburbs
College football, baseball, basketball
Braves, Falcons, Hawks
There is a major concert every single week on top of many 2nd tier concerts
Great airport
Endless festivals everywhere
The beltline
Great food and nightlife scene
Top 10 shopping destination in the country that aren't actually dead malls
Yes, traffic sucks but you (well at least I do) just kind of get used to it

It happened on the train heading into the Oakland City station didn't it? Granted most everything south of Five Points is sketchy, but how many hundreds of folks have to be on that stretch of line getting to and from the airport?
You can say the same thing about any stops west of State Farm/Mercedes Benz/CNN. But if these animals are getting on the train they can be anywhere the train goes. I know some were saying that the fare gates were open because of the Breeze Card transition so anyone could get on the train for free.

BS. I lived in the metro area from 1986-2023. The ATL is now just a big ghetto.
