You wanna hear some really shitty music, then listen to the Billboard top 100. Almost all trash. For the most part, good new music is not played on the radio.

My client says he shot them into the air as continued warning shots. Any shots previous to that are justified as he was fearful and they were on his property with obvious ill intentions.
First off why would you have to change banks? Do they not want your business anymore. They made the loan at the prior rate uncertain of the future of the bond market. Just like most everything else, managing money comes with uncertainty about future market moves. This only has a negative effect on them if the interest rate goes up. If it goes down, everyone who plans on staying at their current residence will refi.
With the way they are building houses these days that MFer may not last 50 years.....lol. If the option were available to me I would buy 10 more houses in the $150-$180 range and fix them up and rent them out. I currently get around $1,200-$1,400 per month on a 3-2 home. If you were to apply all of the extra income to the principle you could pay off a house financed for 50 years in 14 years and 1 month at 6%.
Edit: I did not include taxes and insurance in my calculation. 19.5 years on $150k with $250 in taxes and insurance per month.

If that nobody wins it will officially be the announcement to the world that we are no longer serious people. Joe was close, but that would for sure push us over the cliff. How would he be able to negotiate with any anti-gay country? They will tell him to go suck a dick, and he will comply. Not a good look for the USA.

I agree. This past summer the wife and I went to Vancouver, Seattle, and a good portion of the National Forests in Washington. It was great. Sure, a little different vibe, but all of the people I met were great. I would go back in a heartbeat.
