Does not compute. These literally do not exist. Every dem that campaigns as a moderate immediately goes left of Mao as soon as they get in office, and retards keep falling for it.

Nobody else to blame but republicans for backing a candidate that had this much baggage.

But we're going to ignore Talarico's baggage, including a history of supporting open borders, free stuff for illegals, Islam, communists, gun control and a radical, totally out of test interpretation of Biblical teaching? Riiiigghhttt.

What a bizarre argument, they showed him the door.

Paxton should’ve gotten similar treatment, this election would never be close.

Who takes the blame
That is a VERY different precept from who actually deserves blame. The traitor RINOs publicly supporting an extreme leftist candidate absolutely deserve blame, regardless of outcome. Thune, Cornyn, Rove and the Bush league, should be anathema to the GOP. A big tent is fine. Those political whores chose to leave the tent entirely. No excuse!

Personally, I would blame the electorate for not being informed, and for being so easily duped. When things get the point where it hurts, it'll be too late.

Paxton by 3-5, at least. Turnout in rural TX counties is through the roof, this race has been nationalized now. Only chance Talafreako had was to keep it a local race and have depressed rural turnout and elevated urban turnout. Elevated urban and rural turnout won't get him across the finish line.

Has anyone expounded on this opinion in a coherent way? Is he a trash candidate simply because his opponents were able to convince you of it through repetitive rhetoric?

They had universal healthcare under the national socialists. They also had eugenics, which is something the left loves.

You are the dumb one.

What about the Cornyn voters, or lack thereof?

Why would they be blamed? Paxton has made a lot of enemies and become unpalatable to lots of people. That's on him. We all knew this during the primary and several people told the Paxton hardliners he would face an uphill battle in the general if he won, and Cornyn wouldn't.

Nah, the socialists had their socialist healthcare. It's not my fault you have no idea what a Nazi is .

They also did other stuff like ban Jewish and women doctors, ban smoking and alcohol, and killed/aborted children with disabilities.

Guess what poster here voted for a prohibitionist? Would that person be a Nazi?

Why is a huge important state like Texas electing "trash candidates" to hold the office of their State Attorney General?

Your man got curb stomped.

The people voted. Their voice was very loud and very clear. No more charmin soft GOPe types.

Texas deserves a strong Senator. If the milquetoast Cornyn supporters are switching then so be it. (Paxton will win by 3 to 5)
