When did everyone all the sudden get to use “mental health” as an excuse for evil

Lindsay Clancy the mother who murdered her 3 kids was just evil. Her defense is arguing “she had no control of her emotions” because of postpartum
You could essentially say anyone who does something evil or displays violent behavior is “impaired” to some degree.
But they still committed the act, and had a choice in the matter. They must suffer the consequences.
This reminds me of when women act completely insane during PMS. And afterwards, act as if they had no control
of their behavior and for throwing a rage filled temper tantrum about something insignificant. If consequences are on the table, that behavior would cease.
If violent thugs in the hood have consequences for violent behavior and theft, the behavior will decrease

When half our politicians in this country decided it’s perfectly normal for a male to decide they are a female

While I certainly agree with you concerning 99% of murder cases, the Lindsay Clancy case seems to be the exception based on what I have read about it. This lady was going through a documented mental health crisis and her health care providers failed her. I’ll wait for the case to be resolved before I pass judgement, but so far that’s my opinion on that particular case
ETA; when I say I’ll wait to pass judgement, what I should have said I’ll wait to pass judgment on whether she was truly experiencing a mental health crisis, she’s a stone cold killer, or both.

I say that's nice and all. I know you're crazy, or you're addicted to something or you've been traumatized but at the end of the day, we're all still responsible for our actions and must endure the consequences.

All part of our wonderful, enlightened, “progressive” world where more concern, care and resources are devoted to the well-being of the perpetrator who is considered the actual victim.
As for the real victims? Meh…

Now is the time for you to pass judgment, oh virtue signaler.

With the rise of atheism. They fundamentally don't even believe in good or evil.

She MURDERED her three children. She carried them to term, had them, was in the process of raising them, and then killed all of them.
You liberals really need to understand this, because we are really getting tired of it: YOU DON'T GET A frickING MEDAL FOR VIRTUE SIGNALING.
If a Mother that murdered her three children gets the benefit of the doubt before you judge her (ohhhhhhhhh, the HORROR!), then you are not a serious person.
Edited to say: you don't deserve to vote, you don't deserve to be on a jury, you don't deserve any entitlements in this country if you have no concept of basic moral right and wrong. It's arguable whether you deserve to have children.

Mental health has been an excuse for while now just like autism, both are mostly shitheads given passes in the name of bunk medical diagnosis.

If they are so mentally ill that it causes them to commit violent crime, they need to be locked up regardless.

Since it became part of newspeak. 1990s

Unless i read it incorrectly it's not like she has a chance to get off. She's in a wheelchair and going to spend her life in prison or a mental health facility which may be even worse.

Yea, I don’t understand the insanity plea.
I think it’s worse and they deserve a harsher, longer sentence.

Do what now? What a retarded comment.
Autism is a form of mental retardation to varying degrees from encephalitis/brain inflammation caused by external factors such as heavy metal toxicity, chemical exposure, or brain injury

They are going to try and call it “temporary postpartum” mental illness
Which means she won’t need to be in a facility for a long time because it was temporary

Cry harder you fricking pussy. Here you are virtue signaling your outrage over my post. No one disputes she committed a murder. What’s up for the jury to decide is if she was experiencing a mental health crisis, she’s a stone cold killer or both. That’s what I meant by not passing judgement until all the facts are known. I already said 99% of cases involving a murder and someone claiming mental illness is bullshite.
You feel better, you soft bitch, lol. You’re big big mad, virtue signal that outrage you pussy.

Mental Health has become the get out of jail free card for the Millenials and GenZs

Speaking of, Christa Pike is scheduled for execution in Tennessee in about 2 months, if they go through with it after almost 30 years.
If she is a Vols fan, the last game she will get to see is Tennessee v Texas.
