But after studying the race she just could not vote for Paxton as he represents everything we oppose. A cheating lying blue blood POS. Texas hasn’t turned blue. They just had enough of this motherfricker.

Texas is blue. You idiots made a huge mistake.

In 2 years we can count on a reboot of USAID and a free flow of fraud. Importation of millions of muslims. Why white democrats want to surround themselves with the third world and to enrich them too is beyond fathomable. There is an evil force at work no doubt.

This board having a healthy contingent of Talarico supporters is crazy. Some level of "Paxton made his bed" is one thing, but enthusiasm for a guy who made Walz look masculine and non-predatory is just something I can't wrap my head around.

Talarico is the creepiest major political candidate I can recall.
This board has been overrun with paid influencers. RIP

People who know him genuinely like him. I had some friends who went to a private donor thing and he said the biggest thing is to actually listen to republicans to try and understand where they are coming from instead of just hating them.

He is genuinely well liked by people in Texas.

He's got a first time presidential campaign, Obama kind of charm.

No it isn’t. Take off the partisan glasses. He is a great candidate objectively speaking.

He is a piece of garbage, disgusting human being.

No offense, I just suspect your friends and I have nothing in common and our perceptions would be wildly different.

He will, like the left generally, put a target on the backs of normal families in due time.

Yeah. I’m sure the dem is way better. My gosh people. Get over your little personal feelings about how imperfect a republican is. Are you really that dense? Dumb? Wtf is it?

100% I try telling people that probably 80% of our friend group is Republican, and almost all of them were voting for Talarico. They had no idea how unpopular Paxton was in Texas

You sure showed him

I’m sure life for Texans will be better now

It takes a special level of retard to fall for any dem still pretending to be a moderate. Just like the rest of them, he'll show his true colors now that he has won the election.

I’m genuinely curious. Where does everybody get all their propaganda on this board that it was gonna be a blowout red in Texas?

You ignored every major poll and said they were fake

That’s entirely fair. Again, I just base it on people that I know who have met him and/or worked with him and like him or at least respect him.

Kel Seliger, who is a Republican politician from Amarillo who I really like came out and endorsed Talarico.

He’s definitely a little weird, but he genuinely at least seems like he cares for people.

I moved from Louisiana 4 years ago. I’ve lived in Frisco the last 2 years and Plano the 2 years before that.
