Maybe you're right, but can you be specific? What act of the Republican-controlled Congress has impeded the President's actions against Iran?
Similarly, I haven't seen a single judicial case, much less a ruling about Iran. Can you cite something for us?

exactly. Afghanistan was 100% justified but people tend to lump Iraq and Afghanistan into one war. Now you can argue we stayed in Afghanistan too long and didn’t have a clear exit strategy, but you literally have no choice but to annihilate the perpetrators of 9/11.
